We did that with the chicken pox and because we all got it and recovered from it at about the same age we developed the active immunity and never caught it again.
It's not so unbelievable since as a child chickenpox is quite minor although it tends to be much worse the older one gets when they contract it.

Actually the information doesn't seem to match with the claim that they were shot with the same camera just fifteen minutes apart.
If that's the case then the camera went from about 50megapixels to one in fifteen minutes time.
One megapixel is not a setting option for the Sony a7riii

Not scaled or highly edited but with the full exif information still in the file?

I'm talking about the fact that the file sizes are substantially different in size and the exif information shows that one was captured and saved from the web and the other one was taken using a Sony camera.
The d 500 has a file size of 92kb and the dimensions are 1121x950.
Where's the other one has a file size of 11.6 mb and the dimensions of 5142x3533
It was taken on March 8,2022 and has the copyright listed to Marc farb and was taken with a Sony a7riii which is significantly higher in value than both of the nikons listed.
Surely as experienced as you claim you are you are familiar with reading the exif information for a digital image.
I can even tell you what setting were used on the image as well as the fact it was edited using Lightroom.

Why would you not have used the same camera to take both images of the two cameras you are listing.
One is basically a web save and the other one is full resolution.
Why not sell your Sony instead?

I've gotten a couple lenses from MPB and they are fine although I've never bought a camera from them.
I would suspect that they are as good as their lenses .
