I used a program called clone it! I think I bought it on ebay, came with all the necessary cables. Under $40 as I recall. Used it to transfer data from a 60 GB SSD to a 256GB SSD. Worked like a charm. All data transferred, programs worked as they shoot, computer booted right up. Money well spent. Computer shop would have charged me $150.

The city of Long Beach claimed copyright to any image with a recognizable LB object- get a license.

That actually got through a court? I'll call bullshit. First of all they can make no claim to any type of private property, recognizable or not. Toy have to own it to license it... Basic late.

Secondly, if your building or landmark is in public view and it can be photographed without trespassing, there is no protection: buildings are not subject. Anyone who paid LB money for such a thing was fcking stupid.

This doesn't end here. He needs to find a GOOD attorney (not the dumbass he used, obviously) and appeal. This case shouldn't stand. He can find an attorney who wants to take on cases of government fcking the common man.

Call it anything that blows up your skirt and makes you happy.
Eminent domain. Manifest destiny. Money, guns and lawyers.
If somebody wants it, They think they can make money off it, they can get it. Too bad, so sad.
I can LEGALLY take a picture of your painting, PS it a bit, and sell the print. As mine, 'cause I an artiste!

Ahhh...this isn't completely true. The photographer who took the iconic Obama image that was then tri-colored by another "artist" (thief is more accurate), sued...and won. The "artist" argued he made a "completely new, different, and unique image" (he fcking colored it, that's it). Sorry Charlie, derivatives do not count.

There was also a photographer who took a photograph of two dog breeders/trainers who were holding about 8 puppies in their arms. Another "artist" (again, thief) claimed she created a new image in a different medium, and therefore it was a totally new work of art. The court did not agree.

Buy two $5K cameras.

I will NEVER buy another Fuji product again after they discontinued the Pictrography just a couple of years after I laid out nearly $10k. No repair parts available, and they discontinued the media too.

IF you buy Fuji, just be prepared...

I think this is excellent and nothing is needed. If it were mine, since I am nuts, I would highlight on the bottom of her right arm and burn in the light spill on the same arm, and darken the bottom of the sole of the foot as it tends to attract my eye...

Not a criticism, just what I would do if it were my image. Great pose, good lighting, great tonality...great job.

Loved my 69 RS 350/350 Tonawanda engine. Spun the tires in all 4 gears. Firestone wide oval tires, Spyder wheels, cherry bomb dual glasspack mufflers. Somehow never got a ticket (did get a warning once).

If Adobe, for whatever reason, decides to abandon PS, you are fcked if you have a subscription. They are already trying to push users off previous versions, warning them they "no longer have a valid license." I'm still using CS 6 extended.

"Oh, but they'd never do that?"

Really? Ask former GoLive users what they think about it...

Hi kpmac,

I've installed ON 1 on two computers. One is Windows 10 and the other is Windows 7. It is slow on both machines while PS CC is quite fast. ON 1 is especially slow when using the clone-stamp and healing brush tools. Anyway, thanks for your response. Take care & ...

Windows 7? Seriously? They do not recommend using on 7. It can be done, as you have discovered, but it is slow.

Re-read the system recommendations. I have no problems whatsoever. Windows 10 Pro, Dell desktop and laptop Core i5 (I'm not even running a Core i7 machine).
