Probably not. The standard on an 67' RS was either a 230ci straight-six or a 327 V-8. the SS had the 396ci V-8 & the Z28 had the solid lifter 302ci V-8.

Love the classic Camaros. Had the opportunity to drive a 2019 SS a couple of weeks ago. This
is a 6.2 liter 455 HP land rocket, 0-60 in 4.1 seconds. Entered the Interstate hwy doing 35 mph in
2nd gear punched it and spun the tires, by the time I shifted to 4th doing 90 with 2 more gears to go,
but had slow down because of traffic. By the way that's a great photo!

Loved my 69 RS 350/350 Tonawanda engine. Spun the tires in all 4 gears. Firestone wide oval tires, Spyder wheels, cherry bomb dual glasspack mufflers. Somehow never got a ticket (did get a warning once).
