johns hopkins has a force...most,at one time, retired balto city police...i had a few friends that joined,and retired from it....i went closer to home, edgewood/aberdeen dod security....

i remember they tried this when i was with the balto pd...guys were bringing in homemade zip guns made from radio antennas....getting 50 bucks for 'em...also gun dealers h*****g around the parking lot buying up other guns from citizens....one woman brought in 5 jc higgins single shot rifles that i believe cost about 25 bucks at the time ...got 50 bucks....and through all this, didn't make a dent in shootings....

i've used LD ink for quite awhile and never had a problem with it...i liked the end result of the pix i printed....i'm not a pro,so i'm not too critical....
