Jerry the net folks have to find some way to make some profit.
What I do hate is print ads like a place in a serious starving people in a country
and a necklace or cruise ad is inserted. Here some of the ads are advertising
awful stuff. Critter killers. Sexy photography. Girls in Bikini's. Not bad.

I have the RX10 III the first with the 24 to 600 lens. This is one of my favorite camera's of all time.
It has decent stabilization. In your case a monopod might be less trouble then a tripod. I shoot a lot
of video some for art some sport events for money. The monopod is my go to for 1/2 of the shots.
Precise shots in nature and a distance might be someone else to solve the problem. Good Luck.

I had Norton on my Macs for years. Comcast gave it to customers for free. I moved and Comcast does not give me Norton with their cable and wi fi service. So that said I could not use Norton didnt want to pay their price so i just trashed everything Norton on my computers. Norton will not leave me alone. They have a huge pop-up
all day long telling me to go through their process to terminate and need access to my computer. I read up and they said Norton will leave things one your computer that you dont want. So it is still poping up 4 or 5 times a day. I switched to Soros after researching and like it. Norton appears to be an aggresive company.

You may wonder why Canon and Epson etc have been selling their printers at very marked down prices.
They make their money from replenishment of your inks etc. My disapointment with Canon who's printers
I admire and bought the 100 to get started and it was awful. Some here have great success with them.
I think they have them stored for a long time and Amazon sends them not in a carton but only the original
Canon box. A few years ago I saw a large roll printer at NAB. Thought for price under 5k it was terrific.
Wanted to start doing art (gallery) prints but Canon's printer I got just didnt work.
Good luck.

Last night we had guests. And my cousins husband critized me for reading the NYTimes. He said
that during the war they knew but did not critize the camps and murder of jews. I don't know if
this was true.
I do know that the Pope was during the war did nothing to ask the Christian germans
to not hurt civilians and Jewish people. Even our government would not let Jewish children
on a ship sail to a safe port.
Many German and Japanese companies were involved in making the war machine
for Hitler and the planes and technology that killed many of our and allied troops.
Great to here that Leica was the Schindler of camera companies.

Oh...a real artist.

I am a marketing, creative guy most of my pro life. I am trying to make gallery or just prints to enjoy
to sell. I have images almost ready tweak or two maybe gimmick like color spot on b&w and a story in the shot like culture Italian lifestyle in b&s shot with Leica.
Have not got very far with this project. I shoot video for money that has stopped.
I do know good comments here are you have to be able to be a biz guy.
And even with that skill you never know what will happen.
Good luck my friend.

I got curious about what I had read in the past of the real reason of the shortage of monies in Social Security and where it- the money has gone besides paying it to the folks who deserve/earned it - including the ones depending on it for their retirement.

Funded by a dedicated payroll tax, the program typically uses any excess revenue to buy Treasury securities. As a result, almost $3 trillion of the national debt is owed to the Social Security Trust. The government owes $5.8 trillion to other government agencies combined.Jan 30, 2019

The cutoff for paying SS is about $130,000 what if they make it 1 Million????

The government should leave their hands off of SS money. If they could find a way to grow the fund
that would be great. The Post Office is suffering because people in congress forced them to refund
millions years ahead of their retirement fund. They wanted to cripple the Post Office. They want to privatize the Post Office and have it taken over.
When the last tax break was put in billions went to corporations and to very rich people.
How was this funded??? Debt like the SS.

I have been to a few car shows in the last year. In FL and PA. Tough but with the video I was
in a super cars show in FL to shoot and talk to admirers and owners of brand.
Maybe including a person in the shots might be interesting. My friend and I went
to a high end car show on Main Line Philadelphia and he brought is vintage Ferrari.
When I put him in the shot he kind of blended in with the car in his pose like
he was part of the car. OK a little crazy. CU's are the best for me. Yours are good.

Histograms are used in video often. I know if my LED is showing the right final image
by experience with whichever camera I am using. That is the good part of mirrorless cameras.
Good luck.

I have been reading up on the use of histograms and find one issue missing - motion.

Most articles end with something like: "Never use your LCD for exposure again!" or something to that effect but, can you expose your image using the histogram when your subject is moving? Sounds pretty obvious but, for beginning photographers, this glaring omission could frustrate the daylights out of the newbie.

Do you use your histogram in your photography or is it a tool that is overlooked and left alone in the Menu section of your camera?

Well welcome to the real world of technology and collection on the net.
Marketers and hackers can scan sites for information. My marketing partner
in FL I have moved back to PA told me they can scan everyone in front of
a church and get their cell phone info from the air. I originally used my real
name here for a long time and my as logon. I changed it. And your personal
stuff online is being analyzed and algorithmed by marketing companies.
Facebook, Google and even Comcast sells what you watch and your habits.
They can see your affluence or your habits locations and purchases searches etc.
A surprise to me was that a Russian company off shore owns this site.
They list an office in Miami in a commercial biz park.
Google has every search you every made the are the king of info for marketing.
What's worse is I have 70 videos on Vimeo which is a huge site. I posted a
video I made for my grandaughter who is 12. Got comments from overseas
about how sexy she is. It was lewd. Your location is known by many institutions.
