I predict the Supreme Court will overturn the Colorado decision to remove Trump from the 2024 ballot.

They did their job and interpreted the Constitution and handed down a correct decision, did you forget that Trump appointed Justices have ruled against him the past.

They voted for the jurisdiction. They did not address all of the reasons the legal beagles of UHH floated:
Due Process: If it was a due process issue, case would have gone back to CO
President as Officer - not the determining factor; kicked to Congress to decide
Trump is an Insurrectionist - not the determining factor; left for criminal case determination or Congress to decide
Running for versus holding office - seems to be the prevailing underlying wording as the legal leg to stand on. Kicked can to when an insurrectionist might hold office. Look for another SCOTUS case if trump wins.

I know: Not a win for trump--just a delay in the final decision as to whether an insurrectionist can hold office. Insurrectionist and holding office are not yet legally determined.

You say the primaries have nothing to do with federal government? When voting for the POTUS, which is a federal position, why would you say it has nothing to do with federal?
Some states don’t even have primaries.federal govt has no input on primaries. Note the court ruling center on the federal law Colorado used . Primaries are not. Vote for a federal position. That takes place in the general election. Primaries are there fir political parties to choice a candidate.

He is not an insurrectionist until charged and convicted, which is never going to happen. Just because all the liberals say it, doesn't make it true.

It's not only the 2nd amendment that counts. But, I too have no doubt that the Supreme Court, having been bought like so many other corrupt members of the gop will change our destiny to fascism and overturn the Colorado court. This isn't about the democrats not liking Trump, no matter how many times people will try and say it to convince you. This is about Trump not being held to the rule of law in this country.
Lol so all 9 Justices are bought out by the GOP?

SCOTUS did not overturn CO's determination that trump is an insurrectionist.
Trump admitted it was an insurrection caused by Pelosi. The denials are just lame.

Did Trump actually used the word "insurrection" as you and CNN claim?
So Pelosie is the insurrectionest then.

Doesn't each state which holds a Presidential primary have qualifications which all candidates wishing to appeat on the ballot in the state much meet?
Things like deadlines to apply to be on the ballot, a specific number of signatures to gather, etc.?
