I have three free ones that I use on my Windows desktop PC: Infraview, Faststone, and Adobe Express. You can download - and use them - free from their websites.

Adobe is not the only software out there....CorelDraw is a 1 time purchase (typically under $100, comprehensive, easy to learn, Another is ACDSee Ultimate 2021 & is even more closely aligned to things you can do with Adobe. A lot of YouTube videos to help you get started are out there for either company...Also other companies ...Look at the software provided by your camera company as well

All such software requires lots of learning. Affinity Photo is currently half price and it's a one-time purchase for life. It's well organized and there are lots of YouTube videos to help you learn.

My reply was nothing more than a suggestion with absolutely no sarcasm intended. I believe the OP is probably very young and I would not be sarcastic to a young person starting out in photography needing information. If you interpreted my reply as sarcasm you're probably and hopefully the only one.

Great answer for someone saying "Help me please!"

Someone else who was critical of my reply suggested doing a youtube search. I was trying to be helpful but if you didn't see it that way that's not my problem.

Affinity is an excellent photo editor that is very reasonably priced at $24.95. Here is a link: https://affinity.serif.com/en-us/photo/full-feature-list/. I would suggest starting with it. No subscription, just a one-time purchase.

Gimp is free, open-source software that is very good.

Snapseed is an excellent and powerful free editor. You can Google it "Snapseed for PC" to find a link to download to your PC.

What camera do you own? If say Nikon, go to the Nikon website and look at the processing downloads, they work quite well, not hard to learn. I believe Canon and Sony have same "in house" processors available, and others probably do too. Beyond that, as others have mentioned, Gimp, Fastone, and others are available.
