Mount Rainier, an icon in the Washington landscape, is the most glaciated peak in the contiguous U.S.A., It spawns five major rivers and has subalpine wildflower meadows ringing the icy volcano while ancient forest cloaks Mount Rainier’s lower slopes. Wow. Absolutely fantastic set.
I went to the Visitor Center at Paradise and just up the hill a short distance was able to get these shots.
I used a Nikon D810 with a 24-140 f/4 lens. Most shots were f/8 or f/5.6 and the shutter speeds ranged from 125th of a second to 500th of a second.
