I agree with the comment about not blaming a whole nation for a defective product. Try either substituting it with a replacement from the company that sold it to you. Another possibility would be in the future to buy from outfits such as Amazon that has an excellent return policy.
If you have tried to contact customer support for either a replacement or refund and they have not given you satisfaction perhaps your country has recourse to force the issue between you and the company that sold you the defective product
