I think it's Phat Gus (could be wrong). We are trying to encourage our squirrels to stay on the ground and not up the poles!! And these squirrels are TOO smart. I do like their houses.

Good morning from a 45F and cloudy Shoreline area. Rain on the way and the forecast says we'll have rain through the rest of this week. No plans again today so will get on with my knitting and crocheting at some point. I hope you all are having as good a day as you can and staying safe and well. xxxooo

Good weather for staying inside and knitting and crocheting.

It's allergy season, so of course, I have nose bleeds as well. They're getting worse. Think paper towels now instead of Kleenex tissue. If this continues past "allergy season" I'm going to have to do something about it. Which I'm not looking forward to, since I'll have to sit in the hospital for most of the day.

I always thought I was right handed, when I was younger, but found out that I was actually ambidextrous when I was 19, and have now got quite at using both hands, especially when I am knitting. The knitting doesn't seem to take as long as when I only use my right hand. I'm going to watch Mrs Brown's Boys, now, so will catchup another time. I hope everyone's health is improving! xoxoxo

My brother is ambidextrous. His handwriting is equally atrocious with both hands. It did make it easier sitting at booths in restaurants as he could switch hands as needed.
I crochet left handed, and can knit with either hand, which makes holding yarn in both hands for colourwork, easy.

Hello all, I am watching a program about the Tasmanian Tiger, which apparently became extinct somewhere around the 1930's. I wish they were still around, they were beautiful animals. There has been talk of recreating them many times over many years, and I would really like to see that happen. There are a couple of the pelts still in storage, which they are hoping the DNA from them, will be still good enough to use for this project. I can only hope! 🤔🤨 I have just seen that 2 scientists have developed 2 embryos of the Tasmanian Tiger but I don't know if they have got them further than that, yet!

Nothing much has changed since yesterday's news regarding Bundy, we are still waiting for biopsy results, which we hope we will get by Wednesday this week. xoxoxo
Hello all, I am watching a program about the Tasma... (show quote)

I've heard talk about bringing back the Tasmanian Tiger for years. There is also talk about bringing back the Wooly Mammoth and the Dodo.

Can she see through the hemorrhage? There's no stopping your mum! xox

Mum could see more clearly out of that eye quickly than the non-damaged eye. She still has a big red patch to the side of her iris on that side. Now she wants new glasses because she only needs readers now. And sunglasses. She has been wearing mine because I have the wrap around sunglasses to go over my glasses, and she likes them. Until I told her their price.

I'm not due for my next booster until the end of this month, and they won't let me have it a few days earlier.

I haven't been told when I can have mine yet, they work down the age scale. xx

Morning from my snowy little corner of the world. When I peeked out the window this a.m. I thought there was a lot of frost on the rooftops. As the world brightened I realized the frost was actually snow. Now we are getting a mixture of rain/snow. Sure to turn to rain as the day progresses.
Seems strange to have itchy draining eyes from allergies when there is snow on the ground but our weather is crazy. I had turned the furnace off and opened the windows for a few days. Last night I flipped the furnace switch from off to the left which I thought was heat. After two hours I checked as it was not getting warmer. I found I had flipped the switch the wrong way and had set it to air conditioning. Good thing the temperature was set at 72 or we would of had the a/c running instead of the heat. All is warm now.

When I hear those stories I think of all the insects and animals that humans have introduced to new areas of the world. Often the species being introduced cause more problems than anyone thought could be possible.

I am finding it very interesting when I type. I had to use the mouse with my left hand. Now that I can again use my right hand I still use the mouse with my left hand. It was only awkward for a few days when I switched to left. However, I am left handed to begin with. So now I am an ambidextrous mouse user.

Good morning all from a cloudy but calm Norfolk. Bit late today, I've been concocting dinner. DH is off painting the fence so all is quiet and is off for his covid booster this afternoon. Now doing a catch up on mail and then I think I'll play some computer games, it's been a busy morning. Have a good one if you can. xx

What computer games do you play? I am bored with my games. Which are Basically jigsaw, crosswords, and free cell. Using the keyboard is good therapy right now.
