Hello all, I am watching a program about the Tasmanian Tiger, which apparently became extinct somewhere around the 1930's. I wish they were still around, they were beautiful animals. There has been talk of recreating them many times over many years, and I would really like to see that happen. There are a couple of the pelts still in storage, which they are hoping the DNA from them, will be still good enough to use for this project. I can only hope! 🤔🤨 I have just seen that 2 scientists have developed 2 embryos of the Tasmanian Tiger but I don't know if they have got them further than that, yet!

Nothing much has changed since yesterday's news regarding Bundy, we are still waiting for biopsy results, which we hope we will get by Wednesday this week. xoxoxo

Enjoy the rain. I hope it produces flowers and not flooding.

Thanks Mav, we didn't get any flooding in our area, we might get some flowers later, but will have to wait for Spring to come. xoxoxo

I'm right-handed but my left is stronger. I explain this as having a left handed mum and right handed dad.
It's worked for me.

I always thought I was right handed, when I was younger, but found out that I was actually ambidextrous when I was 19, and have now got quite at using both hands, especially when I am knitting. The knitting doesn't seem to take as long as when I only use my right hand. I'm going to watch Mrs Brown's Boys, now, so will catchup another time. I hope everyone's health is improving! xoxoxo

I really had a long sleep 💤 last night. I needed it. Margaret been up for a chat and I’ve now come to do some jigsaws. I’ve a touch of the shakes today. Maybe it will stop ✋🏾 while i relax.

Love yawl. See you later. Stay safe and we’ll.

Good morning from a 45F and cloudy Shoreline area. Rain on the way and the forecast says we'll have rain through the rest of this week. No plans again today so will get on with my knitting and crocheting at some point. I hope you all are having as good a day as you can and staying safe and well. xxxooo

You do seem to have extreme swings in you temperatures, not sure I could cope with that. xx

Good morning all from a cloudy but calm Norfolk. Bit late today, I've been concocting dinner. DH is off painting the fence so all is quiet and is off for his covid booster this afternoon. Now doing a catch up on mail and then I think I'll play some computer games, it's been a busy morning. Have a good one if you can. xx

Good morning from Port Hope Ontario Canada. It is 6:04 am EDT and 4'C (39'F) going up to 9'C (48'F) with showers, after a night of wind and rain. Quite a change from this weekend. Yesterday we were at 24'C (75'F) inside and out, when I went to bed. We usually keep out inside temperature around 20'C (68'F) so it was a bit uncomfortable for sleeping until the rain and cold front came through. It was nice to sit outside while mama-cat decided on a good place to do her business. We have flowers everywhere. The Star Magnolia is covered in blossoms despite being clipped by the Blue Jays and squirrels. Hopefully most of the flowers will survive when we get snow this week.
The yard has been raked and the christmas lights, that we leave up all year, have been pinned back to the eaves after a section of clips broke.
Mum went for a walk in the Carstairs woods north of here. The Ganaraska Conservation Authority has sold 20% of the pine trees to a logging company and they have taken their trees and left huge ruts all over the walking paths. The woods is no longer shady. It's all open now, so we won't be walking there this summer. Part of its appeal was it was shady and cool during the hot parts of the summer. It's all level ground too, so it wasn't difficult to walk. The larger forest nearby has also been logged. The GCA says it is necessary to "refresh" the forest, but now that the sunshine can reach the ground, undesirable weeds will be growing and then they will have to do burns to get rid of the poison ivy and hogweed so people can continue to walk there.
Didn't go much knitting this weekend. Just a few rounds on my socks. Too hot for any larger projects.

Enjoy the peace.
I'm not due for my next booster until the end of this month, and they won't let me have it a few days earlier.

Why do I have the feeling that it is going to keep doing these swings until summer, when it will consistently just be HOT!
