trump is so scared of debating that the RNC has instructed p**********l candidates not to debate in 2024.

That is not why the RNC took the stance they did. They took that stance because currently the only networks that are allowed to host debates are filled with liberals who do things such as give Hillary the questions in advance, and make questions for the Republican candidate more difficult than questions for the Democrat.

If the debates were run evenly and fairly the RNC would happily participate.

It's not V**erID per see that's r****t, it's the choices of allowed ids. States trying to limit minority v**ers carefully select which ids are allowed to be only the ones rich w****s have, and minorities do not.

Notably, Drivers' licenses and hunting licenses are OK, but college IDs and government employee ids are not.

College IDs should not be OK as they do not show residency. You can after all get a college ID while coming from another state.

You are aware that v****g is a right...right? Going to a business (bar, restaurant, theater) is not a right, and that's why they can be (and should be) regulated. V****g rights should be de-regulated. Several states have mail-in b****ts with essentially no fraud. BUT the GOP fears if everyone that can v**e does, then they'd all be out of jobs. So, they promote a fear monger attitude telling everyone that all the mexicans are going to v**e the white guys out! There is no widespread fraud. GET OVER IT! Well, ok, maybe there is on Hillary's blackberry, hidden in a compound in B******i and cared for by the man from the grassy knol.

Mail in v****g is a terrible plan. Oregon has it and it sucks. There is no way to prove who v**ed, and no way to prove that an individual is who they say they are. Thus no way to prove if there is fraud or not.

The ID is to prove IDENTITY, not Residency.

It is much better than most in-person v****g methods. It has a much fuller paper trail.

Which network(s) do you propose as even and fair?

Certainly not Faux News, they're the number one spreader of lies and propaganda!

HaHaHaHaHa...

The "giving Hillary the questions" is a non-issue. That wasn't an official policy, that was just one person. Anyway, any person who couldn't have GUESSED what the questions would have been shouldn't have been on that stage anyway.

The GOP wouldn't be satisfied unless the moderates let the ramble on about their current favorite conspiracy theory.

Lawrence O'Donnell once described the "proper" way p**********l debates should be held. In addition to being given the questions in advance, they should be allowed a consultant on stage with them. This is not a quiz to see how well they studied --- It a way to demonstrate how they would respond to a situation they will confront as president. They should have access to the resources they would have as president.

It has no paper trail. In Oregon they register you to v**e when you get your driver's license. First problem with that is you can get a driver's license when you are 16, but can't v**e until you are 18.

After that, there is no paper trail. All they do is once in a while check to see if your signature matches what is on the registration. And, who knows how often they do that. They certainly don't check on every b****t.

The b****t gets sent to your last known address, and anyone at that address could fill out the b****t and return it. The chances of getting caught for not being the person the b****t is addressed to is virtually nil.

None are fair. Current media bias, on both the left and right makes it impossible to have an impartial debate

The point wasn't how a debate should be conducted. The point was that giving Hillary the questions in advance was proof of bias. Can't have a legitimate debate when the process is r****d.

Except it was CNN who leaked the (singular) question to Hillary, but Donna Brazile (who wasn't told the questions, and it not clear how she learned of it).

If you are attending college out of state, you are allowed to v**e in either state. Any more theories based on wrong information?

School ID's are easy to forge, and it also isn't illegal to create or possess one. Forging and/or possession of a Government issued ID on the other hand, FELONY!

A student ID from a state college *is* a government-issued ID. As is an employee id for a government job.

You aren't allowed to v**e in either state. You have to v**e in your state of residency. It seems reasonable therefore that any ID used for identification purposes for v****g should be an ID that proves residency. College IDs do not do that.
