I downloaded and played with this in Photoshop's Camera Raw filter and came up with about the same things as most others. The biggest issue for me was the White Balance. It is really way to warm. You know, it reminded me a lot of the old Instamatic pictures.

Blue eyes is a recessive gene. Both parents must have the gene for their offspring to have blue eyes.

That is not true. My father had blue eyes but my mother had brown eyes and I have blue eyes. I had five siblings: an older sister with hazel eyes; two younger sisters with blue eyes; a younger sister with brown eyes; and a younger brother with blue eyes. Also, both parents were brunettes. I am brunette as was my youngest sister. My older sister had red hair. Two younger sisters have blonde hair as does my younger brother.

Genetics get complicated and when you look at recessives and dominants it can get totally confusing.

I've seen this numerous times and don't get it. I really don't want to get political but what was there to be grateful for? If someone were to read a little thing called the Declaration of Independence, one could see why there was little or nothing to be grateful for.

I would consider something with a little longer focal length, maybe around 80mm or 100mm. I prefer the roomier working distance provided. Extension rings and a macro "filter" give decent magnification but you have to get really close to your subject. This could cause issues with lighting, among other things.

There is a suggested setting rule for full moons called the Lunar (or Loonie) 11 rule. It's similar to the Sunny 16 but shoot at f/11 with shutter speed 1/ISO rating. If shooting at ISO 1000, set F/11 and shutter to 1/1000 sec. From experience, I bracket both side a couple of stops. Usually, I wind up -1 or -2 to get the detail.

Veteran's Day is November 11, it is a day to honor and thank our veterans. Memorial Day is a day to reflect on those who served and gave all to our just cause of FREEDOM. They are the ones that never made it back; the ones who stand guard in the great forever.

I understand everyone that wants to thank our veterans, and as a veteran I appreciate it but this is a solemn day to remember the fallen and give thanks for their sacrifice. To those who did not come home, I give my honest and heartfelt thanks. These are the people who pledged "their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor" and paid the ultimate sacrifice.

As a USAF vet, I see the humor in this. I had to review your profile to see you were disabled, retired Army. Thanks for your service and let's not worry about those that don't get this. Probably ate-up civilians!

You need to check out "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" the short story by F. Scott Fitzgerald or see the movie starring Brad Pitt. You just re-capped the plot.

My favorite from the Astronaut sketch:

Straight Man: "Is that your crash helmet?"
Jose Jimenez (In a heavy Hispanic accent): "I certainly hope not!"

Good shots. As a matter of info, White Bikes or Ghost Bikes are meant as a memorial at a location where a bicyclist has been severely injured or killed, usually by an automobile. It is a great reminder for all that we need to look carefully and ride aware. Thanks for the pictures.

It may be that you filled the screen by click the green "expand to full screen" icon in the top left corner. Try taking the mouse pointer to the top left of the screen and continue moving it up until the menu bar appears. The screen size icons should then appear and you can reduce it to less than full screen or minimize it to the task bar. I found this out under similar situations. I still own and use a Windows machine as well as the iMac for mostly phot stuff.
