Bill. A few years ago I was in Texas for my nieces 50th birthday party. I decided to go to the Dallas Zoo. In the petting area their was a little girl about 4 years old petting a goat. She looked so cute petting the animal. Instead of just taking the picture I asked her parents first. They said, Sure, no problem". I'm so glad I did ask. Avoids trouble because of all the sick people in the world today. For some reason the picture won't attach. I'll email it to you. Michael

Her face is hypnotic. Randy. I have been off of the internet for over three months because of illness. First I had part of my left foot removed (small toe & tarsal bone) & then went to rehab after four weeks. Developed stomach pain & had to check myself out against medical advice cause they wouldn't believe me & do anything for the pain. They were just interested in my foot. The next hospital I went to I had my GI doctor work me up with an endoscopy. He found I had two stomach ulcers & a very irritated esophagus. Was put on a bland liquid diet for a few weeks. Then went to a second rehab place. Got out about two weeks ago & was looking for pictures of Lorraine. Thanks for posting.

These images were taken with the Nikon D5 & a 28-300mm lens at the Brevard County Zoo in Melbourne Florida. Ever since i got the camera i have not needed to use my SB910 flash. Love the pictures & the detail.

Gene. I beg to differ with your opinion. I was at the Brevard County Zoo this past New Years Weekend. The first picture I'm down loading is from my Nikon D5/F5.6/1:320Sec./ISO 5600/300mm. The second picture is from my D5/F5.6/1:320Sec./ISO 5000/300mm. The lens is the 28-300mm lens you don't like. I love the images.

I don't know what others are doing but after my ex wife died, my son had a load of pictures that were taken over the years. I am in the process of laminating them for him. I'm not sure how long they will last but I suspect if air won't get in to deteriorate them, they will last a long time. How long they will last like that I really don't know. Maybe some other people who know better than me can tell you. Michael

Thanks Smurfy1. I have some great pictures of my grandson enjoying the Zoo. Also using the Nikon D5 doesn't hurt either. Since getting the camera I haven't used my 910 flash once. I also have some great pictures from the Zoo Miami since I live closer to it. Miami Seaquarium is another spot for taking great pictures of animals. Glad you enjoyed the pictures. Michael

My son & grandson spent a day at the Brevard County Zoo over the New Year weekend. Last two pictures are of my grandson enjoying the petting area of the Zoo. All pictures shot with a Nikon D5 & a 28-300mm lens.

Randy. Lorraine looks like she's wearing a wedding veil. There will be many a broken hearts on the HOG if she is. That is the face that launched 10 million ships to date & more counting. Oh be still my broken heart. I for one can relate to her about having GI problems. At least hers has been taken care of & she is well again, GOD bless her little ole pea picken heart. Offer still goes to look me up on Facebook & if she ever comes to South Florida again have her look me up. But then again I'm sure all of South Florida would want to meet her. Oh & if you ever decide to move to South Florida & open a vet clinic I'd be very happy to work for you. Still have trouble getting into the dog park in North Lauderdale. Takes me 8 to 10 minutes just to get to the bench. I had one pit bull sitting on my lap & when he got off his nails scratched my right forearm which is black & blue now. That is due to my taking blood thinners. And can't forget the Golden Retriever Max who growls & snarls at other dogs when they come over to me for them to pet them. He loves me so very much & he's not even my dog. Makes me feel good though having the love that the dogs give me. That is the only thing I miss from when I was married except for my son of course. Having a work bench in my living room doesn't help. Didn't want to leave it for my ex to have since I made it from scratch. Keep on posting those beautiful pictures of Lorraine.

Randy. I'm partial to Madam P (AKA Loraine). Maybe cause I'm an older person & I like older women. That is not to say the other ladies are not pretty but Madam P has bewitched my heart. I think she has cast a spell over me. Of course having the same type of health problems only makes me (bowel problems) makes me feel more closer to her & her health problems. If I was handsome & rich I would try & snatch her away from you but alas I'm not. But then again I'd have to fight the whole HOG men for her affection. Keep on posting more of Madam P photos.
