My daughter used my Lightroom to edit some paid shoots she did. I imported her images on to my machine and she did her edits on my machine. Now my daughter has a suitably powered laptop and is purchasing her own LR subscription.

I now want to offload my daughter's images and associated catalog entries onto an external drive which she could import. I am unable to find a procedure to do this. Any suggestions or pointers on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

Interested in firing multiple speedlites into umbrellas or softboxes. Benefits would be more light and faster recycle times. I have a Yongnuo YN-622N-TX transmitter and 3 YN-622N receivers which are great for individual flashes in separate modifiers. Got a Flashpoint Triple Threat from Adorama ($12.99) just for experimentation. It's built like a rock, however, the 3 attachment point are cold shoes. I could attach the three Yongnuo receivers but this would make a kludgy, likely fragile monster. I note there are 4 shoe holders some with hot shoes, but you're still faced with triggering them and adjusting them for 1/4,1/8,1/16th,etc.

Help a d7200 Newbie please. I'm shooting Raw on card 1 and Jpeg on 2. When I take a picture, I'm seeing the Raw version on Card 1. How can I swap over to see the the Jpeg version on card 2?. Hopefully, there's an easy way to toggle back and forth.

I too bought a 7200 refurb from Nikon. As a bonus the were having 10% off on refurbs which they are doing now. Great deal, great camera. I paid only 746.

Upgraded from a D90 to D7200. Used BBF on the 90 without issue. Never tried to move the focus point before.

On the D7200 I've bought 2 books on focus setup and setup cheat sheets and watched a lot of Youtube videos on Focus setups on the D7200.

I'm intrigued by the the possibility of obtaining the ability to move the focus point for eyes on portrait subject's eyes but, so far I'm unable to get the setup right. The focus point wont move off center with the multi-Selector.

So is it either portrait focusing setup or BBF? Do I need to be in manual, shutter, aperture, or auto. AF-S or AF-C? I am usually in "P" for fill flash.

I can get BBF OK, but I would like to do both. If someone would share some setups or tips I would be very grateful.

I too have the D90. It's a workhorse, but I'm intrigued by the video capabilities of the D7200. Way better. I've made up my mind just researching vendors...

I read on the Hog somewhere that the CC Lightroom (6?) did not have to ability to import/process Raw files from the D7200. As I understood it The LR code was not setup to import D7200 Raw files. In the past I've had to install raw support in Lightroom. Perhaps I misunderstood. Anyone with a D7200 importing raw files into Lightroom?

Sorry if this question has been answered but I'm holding off on the D7200 and CC until the deficiency with regards to Raw processing with Lightroom has been eliminated. Can anyone give me an answer or point me towards a knowledgeable source.

I think you're on the right track. There's a tiny card in my phone which would not work in a DSLR.

I'm a few months away from ordering a D7100 to coexist with my D90. With 2 slots on the D7100 I'm paying attention to classes, write speeds, etc. What are the "adapters" mentioned in some ads? Would my existing cards for my D90 work in the D7100 in a pinch?

My family has tasked me with collecting and post processing photos of my 95 year old wife's mother who will pass in the next few days. I have edited the group in Lightroom and will make them available via Lightroom Export. My question is how to sequence the photos, the images depict my Mother-in-Law from early chidhood to old age. Perhaps someone who has done sequencing for a wedding book has a suggestion.
