Thank you all for your reply. Instead of Pocket Wizard, I was looking at getting Paul Buff's Cyber Commander & CyberSync Transceiver. I'll take a look at the Pocket wizard, is it better?
I know now I am going for a pair Einstein 640 now and increase to 4 lights soon. Specs look great to me. Thanks

Does anyone have 1st hand experence with Paul Buff Einstein 640 Strobes? I am shooting rodeos and barrel races and need more light. I have been shooting without flash. I shoot a Nikon D600/Nikon D7000 with Nikon 70-200 F2.8 VRII.

Those 2 Green buttons on Nikon that reset factory settings. Practice, experiment, reset....Practice, experiment, reset ! The Great people like these on UglyHedgehog !

I notice Nikon has updated D600 firmware from C:100 to C:101. Has anyone done this update and is it helpful or not?

When shooting baseball at night, one picture will be darker than the other. I am shooting: Nikon D600, Tamron 70-200 f2.8 (older version), ISO 4000, shutter 1/800, White Balance set pre with white card, continuous focus, 4 frames per/sec.

I agree with "Unlimited". But, at todays market, unlimited can get pretty pricey.

MT I agree. I love to have an up-grade. Last Saturday I bumped the dial twice, did not lose shot, but had to do some series photoshopping LOL. I love my D7000. I have a D600 order, supposed to be delieved Thursday. Can't wait to get it. I now have "U2" setting the same as my "Manual" setting. Thanks ! !
