Like the color. More contrast or adding some shadow(In post edit) would make the black & white more interesting. Just a thought, keep up the good work.

Some of you people make me sick. Get a life! All the Republicans are doing is trying to bring our country to it's knees to satisfy their egos.

I love bare trees.... I love to drive down a country road and look at them..... They have so much character and so many stories to tell...... I love how they bend and curl and reach for the sky.... Trees with beautiful leaves blowing in the wind are nice to look at, to listen to, but when the leaves are gone and they are standing before you, that is when you see the true beauty.... I realize that we are all from different places, and it may be difficult to find a tree with no leaves, but look a little deeper and see the ones that have been around for awhile and are nearing the end of their lives...Look at their beautiful, mature bones.....take a shot, and then share it with us.....

A song by van morrison while you look at the pics...Hope you enjoy ithttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VwtmpVWmD44

Go to Forest Park or City Gardens. Great for people watching and architecture. I have found the old neighborhoods fantastic also. Dogtown and the Hill areas are great. Try Soulard Market for great veggie shopping and photo opts. You should definitely go to Shaw Garden the foliage is wonderful.

Finally someone who has read the proposal and not just listened to the pundits on Fox and other media outlets. If more people would do the research on their own they might realize this is for everyone's good. Thank You.

I have to laugh at people on the street thinking I'm a professional. I only have a D5100, nothing fancy as far a lenses and equipment. I'm sure many of you have had this happen, when someone sees you and asks if your a professional. Then ask if you could take their picture with their I-phone or P&S. I guess they're hoping that they will get that "perfect" photo to show their friends and family, or frame for the house. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind taking someone's picture with their camera. I just see so many people now days with DSLR's that it shouldn't be an expectation that you're a pro. Of course I hope you can feel free to add any experiences or strange encounters to this post. NOTICE: No tourists were injured in this segment of photographic encounters.
