Can't wait til November gets here ... when the real people of America get to express their true feelings about the way their government is heading.

Insurance companies can no longer bill me into bankruptcy..

13 million of us will receive rebates...

Ruling was a victory for all America....

When uninsured people get sick, the rest of us pay for their care.....

People who can afford to buy insurance should do so...

Insurance companies can no longer jack up premiums without reason...

My kids can stay on my insurance until they are 27....

No pre existing condition clause...

Time for us to move forward....

Wow now I KNOW I am voting OBAMA!

PS...for those in other countries you are not allowed to reply to my post....Cheers!

I see you live in Louisiana and your state has more than 820,000 people without health insurance. 75% of these people will show up in a publicly funded emergency room without means to pay for services. Louisiana residents that PAY taxes stand to save money under the new federal programs.

Here's a helpful hint: If you use Google Chrome it includes automatic spell check so when you attempt to make a point you don't appear to be as ignorant.

One half of the american people are kept angry by talk radio and Fox News. If you are angry, you see everyting through colored glasses. If you cannot calmly read both sides of an issue from different sources and make an independent decision, you are letting someone else think for you. A lot of corporate money is being spent to keep as many people as possible very angry. It gets people to the voting booth even when they know nothing about the issues, they just think they do. Follow the money, the money coming from Wall Street and large corporations paying a less percentage of taxes than a school teacher. Who in this country is doing well and who is sliding. There are very rich people not wanting old people to have healthcare or be able to support themselves after 40 years or more of working. What about all those people who closed up their businesses and silently retired without much because of Wall Street actions. The politicians screeming the loudest silently protect any laws about Wall Stree to be passed. Trickle down, how is that working, lower taxes for the rich with the Buch huge tax breaks for the wealthy. Where are the jobs. Quit being dumb and calmy read both sides of an issue and make your decisions, but please don't let the very people and their money destroy America because you let them think for you.

But exempted themselves from the same plan they want the rest of America to pay for.

A letter from Jim DeMint, one of our representatives from South Carolina

Dear Friend,

The Supreme Court may have failed to stop this government takeover of health care, but the American people will not. Since the day this law was rammed through Congress, the American people have demanded repeal, and today’s ruling doesn’t make Obamacare any less dangerous to our nation’s health. Freedom-loving Americans are disappointed, but we cannot be discouraged.

The President's health care law must be fully repealed as all of its promises have proven false. We were told it was not a tax hike, but this ruling confirms it is an unprecedented and enormous tax on the poor and middle class Americans. President Obama needs to explain why he is enacting this middle class tax hike over the objections of the American people during the worst economic recovery since the Great Depression.

We were told it would lower health costs, but health care premiums are exploding. We were told that Americans could keep their personal health plans, but millions will now lose it. We were told it would improve our economy, but it is now the largest obstacle to employers hiring new workers.

This government takeover of health care remains as destructive, unsustainable, and unconstitutional as it was the day it was passed, unread, by a since-fired congressional majority. Now as then, our first step toward real health care reform and economic renewal remains Obamacare's full repeal, down to the last letter and punctuation mark.

I urge every governor to stop implementing the health care exchanges that would help implement the harmful effects of this misguided law. Americans have loudly rejected this federal takeover of health care, and governors should join with the people and reject its implementation.

The Presidents health care law will not reform anything, but is already undermining what does still work in America’s health care system. We cannot build a free market health care system on this flawed structure of centralized government control, we must repeal all of it and start over with commonsense solutions that make health care more affordable and accessible for every American. We can allow Americans to purchase lower cost plans from other states, support state high-risk pools to cover those with pre-existing conditions, medical-malpractice reform to end frivolous lawsuits, and tax equity so Americans who don’t get their health insurance from an employer are not penalized.

Today's decision, however unfortunate, nonetheless represents an opportunity to all Americans, to claim their right to create a health care system of, for, and by the people, not government or special interests. The American people now have the chance and Congress has the responsibility to fully repeal this Washington takeover and reform health care ourselves, together, around the principles of individual liberty, not government mandates.

The same freedom that made America strong and prosperous will make us healthier, too, so long as politicians remember that the health care system is supposed to serve our people, and not the other way around.

Sincerely,

Jim DeMint (R-SC)

i have worked all my life and the only things that were ever given to me are

1. freedom...bought and paid for with the lives of our great servicemen

2. safety..from our great police departments, which i partly paid for with my taxes.

if i choose to give to a charity or help someone, i want it to be my choice....not a mandate from our government. i do not owe anything to the non-working by choice. there are some that cannot work, but most is a choice.

sad sad day for our country.

---------------------------------------

i took a trip to minneapolis a few weeks ago and counted the help wanted signs that i passed in this 240 mile trip. 59 signs we saw.

of course, most on welfare or unemployment probably wouldn't take any of these...but they are out there.

i work for a manufacturing company who hires pretty regularly. the last couple of years we have gotten many applications that said the applicant would not be available for work for 3 weeks or so (that's when unemployment runs out).

Never mind the constitution. I mean, the Supreme Court is well known to be a bunch'a commies.

Why are Americans so polarized, and so detached from reality? Especially the right, who love the Constitution until they disagree with a Supreme Court ruling.

Cheers,

R.
