I have been doing street photography for about 25 years, in many of our small and large city's I have never had a problem with the police. Security guard are another problem for some reason they always intrude and want to know why i taking pics. the last time I was confronted I told them we can call the police and let them settle the issue, they may learn some thing. May be they think they are just doing a good job or instructed by their superiors. Who Knows.
