• I hope to add one or two moderators in the near future. The admin will set this up when needed - I hope.
Please note that the mentor list will fluctuate. Some may quit, other may be removed due other mentors reactions to the posts made (tone/quality of answer). The later radiation will be decided by mentors alone, not by the moderator(s).
Please note that by default only mentors and moderators are allowed to reply to a thread.
Due to UHH Thread control setup expect a delay before you can post in your own thread.
The change in your thread access is manual so a moderator needs to fix this first. This is out of our control, sorry.
When your thread has been changed you will see a mention: 'Thread is unlocked' from the moderator. Once the dialogue starts this update post will be deleted.

Message sent to referred folks.
You have been referred as a potential mentor for this section by an "existing mentor".
Your role there will
• Field questions, those you want to address.
• Participate in the creation of what is acceptable (or not) as a thread.
• Inform me if you need moderation in a thread
• Let me know if I drop the ball when a thread is not in conformity
You will have full access to the section. (Thread creation and reply).
Normal users can only post a thread until I review it to check for section compliance and then give that user the right to answer/ask more question within the thread.
Normal users are not allowed to reply to anything.
There will be no interference from any of the non mentors - including moderators -.
I have published a slowly growing list of the existing mentors.
Do you accept?
