I’m disabled also. I started using the Sony DSC HX 99 when I don’t want to lug around my Sony a7111. HAS a long focus range with a pop-up view finder. Can be brought for under $500 new.
Haven’t printed of it yet but pictures and video looks good and has a lot of features.

I have so many different types of rechargeable batteries between my bike and photography batteries, lights, gloves, the list goes on.
Some mfg. instructions say to charge batteries every three months. I keep all my rechargeables in one box and try to hold to that schedule.

Sony just announced their latest camera. Just awesome. 50mp sensor, 30fps, no blackout, much more.

Could always wait for the next iteration and get it at a lower price. Not being a pro I was happy to wait and get my Sony Alpha a7ll and then a7lll at a sales price. Switched to Sony because they seem to me to speak to the pro and amateur photographer. And since i’m now over 70 and plan to travel in the post COVID 19 era and do not always want to carry even the 7lll, cameras like the Alpha 7c and RX100 Vll are good options.
And no I’m not a Sony employee and they are not holding a gun to my head!

Just got my carbon fiber one. Haven’t tried out yet but stream lined, lite and well designed. In testing they found out that their aluminum center rod better in avoiding twisting then carbon one so is used on both types tripods.
Got the spike feet set and lite foot set which turns tripod into a lite carry one by removing all extension legs.
For panning or other heads there is a universal head adapter which is easy to change with their revolutionary ball head.
I have other items from PD like bags, lens and camera hold systems etc.
Well designed equipment. Should explore their website peak design.com.

I plan to visit the national parks especially in the western states and take photos in jpeg and raw to edit, process and print.
I’m upgrading my old iPad for a iPad Pro for this.
Out west uploading to the iCloud may be difficult.
How much memory should I have and pay for in the iPad Pro for the above?
Any advice would be greatly appreciate.
