I did that cruise from Basel to Amsterdam and only took my Canon 24-105 on my 5D MK4. Lightweight and pretty much got everything I needed. I did stitch together one or two panoramics in PS, zoomed in on a few photos in post but was very happy overall and not burdened by equipment.
