It isn’t the question or accusation that makes it r****t. It is how one words their remarks. We see a few on here that think there are overnight answers to questions and issues that have taken a few hundred years to develop. One can hide behind their “dogwhistles,” but it doesn’t mean real people can’t see theough it and identify the r****m at the root of their supposed legit question. R****m is readily apparent to all those except sometimes the r****t his or her self. Please - don’t think you’re fooling anyone with your playing dumb. We accept that you might be. We just don’t think it is hard to see through the act.

Guys: Most countries have had to do new Governments many times. The Constitution type documents that most countries have used are always too strictly written and the rigidity causes major problems w/in just a few short years. Follow history instead of dogma and you will see the need for some flexibility or interpretation. Much of this is done by the Supreme Court. Why have one, if the founding fathers did not intend to give ability to change as times warranted. This worked relatively well for a long time. However, one mistake was assuming “good will and faith” on the part of Presidents. Politics being the current basis for appointments rather than ability and legal acumen has brought about a horrible one-sided political court rather than a neutral apolitical body. Look at the decisions we see. How many Justices do we now have that screwed Gore to the benefit of Bush? Gorsuch, Roberts, Cavanaugh, Barrett. Yep, that’s 4. What else have they done to justify their ascent to the highest Court in the Land? Nada. When, will we pick folks who are brilliant jurists, rather than just political hacks? And you worry about how they interpret the Constitution? Great. Let’s v**e for Presidents that don’t promise to nominate only those who are approved by one little think-tank. Let’s not v**e for President those that come right out and say they will appoint only those who have already announced one specific position and will v**e based on religious convictions and political dogma. Let’s v**e for a President that will appoint based on legal acumen instead.
