I don't know what to think about a sitting president using the position to try to benifit a friend.
The Hill: Biden personally called Pennsylvania hospital to see why friend could not be admitted.

In my opinion, that is inappropriate. However, what are any of us able to do about it.

Do you believe a Biden tale? He's been caught telling lies over and over again. He probably doesn't realize how bad his story looks because he's using it to make a different point. I would seriously be surprised if this was true.

Well, that is another aspect of Biden's. And, one that should be taken into consideration. True or not, even making a statement like that is inappropriate.

Wow, this is one thing that we both agree on. I don't think Biden did anything wrong or unethical in this situation, anyone would have taken the same measures for a loved one. Now, of Biden tried to use his position to escalate his friends treatment over others in front, I would have an issue with this. Not sure of that's what he did, didn't read the entire story so I might be wrong.

So you don't think that using the office of the president to call a favor for a friend is inappropriate?

Did he do that.? No indication in the report you posted. In fact the Biden statement was “ I didn’t complain”.

Just the fact that he called was using his authority to cull favor.
Surely you can't be that naive.
He knows good and well a call from the president is going to get action which it apparently did since he also said that his friend was brought in to the hospital and seen.
Would you have felt the same way had this call been made by his predecessor?
What if it had been Trump calling on behalf of a friend?

He probably tried to use his position to help his friend thinking he was doing something good but not understanding the optics. After all, he has been influence peddling for himself and his crackhead son for years.

Trump did that stuff all the time! Start with getting his buddy campaign manager out of prison early. Then, he tried to keep his former personal lawyer in jail. What hypocrisy! Let’s not bother going to his list of Pardons!
Can you spell corrupt?

You guys are missing the point. It's not Joe Biden's fault. Every evil in the world that befalls us is due to H****r B***n's laptop. V***ses, climate, fires, you name it. All of it was caused by H****r B***n.

All president's use their pardon power. Trump pardoned Paul Manafort who was convicted of a paper crime, failing to register as a lobbyist, something that half of Washington is guilty of. At least he wasn't a murderer and one the biggest tax c***ts in U.S. history Marc Rich who were the types pardoned by Clinton and Obama. Obama released confirmed terrorists and murderers Oscar López Rivera and Bill Ayers, not an evil lobbyist.
