Question for Liberals and Progressives.
It is clear that Biden and the democrats want to ween this country off of f****l f**ls, they have already started their clamp down on oil and gas producers. They have promised us a reliable green powered economy and electrical grid, they are promising to regulate great reductions in carbon emissions within the next 10 years, and to be carbon neutral by 2050....
I have to ask, WTF do Biden and his minions in the government know about building a business, no less an entire industrial sector that represents one of the largest and most important industrial sector's of the world? The US energy sector..... Do you really trust these i***ts with welfare and livelihoods of your children and grandchildren?

All it is, is a total government control plan. The federal justice system *atorney general" is annoyed that parents want a say in what the schoo;s teach their kids. Feds "won't allow this. They call it domestic terrorism. They want the IRS to monitor every bank account of 600 bucks or more. The progressive wing of the democrat party is in control. I want LESS FEDERAL CONTROL. I have a question, and the answer for all those on the left (and probably some on the right as well). Do you know the purpose of the constitution, and a constitutional republic?? To protect the people from the GOVERNMENT. Not crime, nor anything else. but government

LOL... That ship sailed a long time ago, the constitution is almost meaningless in the modern US, to truly understand our country's constitution which is much different from the original constitution one would have to read 10's of thousands of pages of case law.

I trust them with welfare and livelihoods of my children and grandchildren rather than those who don't believe in c*****e c****e or that it is not being caused by f****l f**l emissions.

Since the meaning of the words of the constitution aren't clear, case law is necessary. Everyone has a different interpretation of what the "original" constitution says. If the meaning were clear, there would be no litigation.

Are you going to suggest that you have never heard the push from the left regarding a "living Constitution"? There is a difference between original intent, and that is what I think you are suggesting if the words of the Constitution were less ambiguous, and a "living Constitution", one that can be redefined to meet the challenges of the time or more likely the progressive agenda.

If you totally trust government with the education and livelihood why aren't you living in N Korea. China, Cuba Or afghanistan. And BTW The contribution of the USA emission of CO2 is trivial compared to China and India. Today you are not compelled to use any f****l f**ls. You can grow your own food amd live off the grid. And I suggest you read Unsettled by Quninn. C*****e c****e has been happening for billions of years. CO2 emissions has increases 100 PPM in the last 100 years. A trivial amount. The entire g****l w*****g h**x is a cult of phoney climate scientists who have been wrong with their dire predictions
Almost as bad as the i***t who promised to re-build our healthcare system!

The meaning is clear. The founding fathers conveniently left the Federalist papers and other writings to tell us exactly what they meant.
The fact that liberal and progressive judges don't bother to read what they wrote and "interpret" what they meant doesn't mean that it isn't crystal clear.

Just how is wanting limited federal power living on the cutting edge? That's what the constitution was designed to gaurantee.

What a load of garbage, who denies that c*****e c****es? It's been changing for billions of years.

Not quite the founding fathers, rather some of them. And as to the Living Constitution, have you ever heard people say the Constitution was carved from stone, not to be changed. Ever. Both sides have their faults, Most of America is in the middle, that's why e******ns are so close. In Arizona, nearly one third of registered v**ers are registered Independents. Neither party meets their needs. That is a problem.

That was hardly the message you conveyed with your hilarious bs dissertation. You did however display your extensive cutting edge scientific knowledge.

The founding fathers had many "interpretations" to the Constitution. That is why they also wrote the Anti-Federalist papers
