So glad for you that you made the drive. Can't help to think you must have had a vision in your mind. Wonderful shot and yes well worth the effort. Make a huge print of that and display proudly.

I was rather underwhelmed, here in NH. I expected shimmering curtains of color dancing across the sky but all I got was what looked like high thin clouds with a pink or green tint. Others in NH posted much more vivid scenes so I guess it was luck if the draw as to what you got.

The camera picks up more color than the eye on these events , so next time don't pass up.

Curious guys, educate me here. Why do I need to hire an attorney when the company immediately told me that they would cover any medical expenses as well as my equipment? My CPA has given me the name of an attorney, and I have left her a message, but I guess I am still wondering why it's needed.

Would appreciate any insight here! I seriously just want to heal and get back to life!

What they say and what they do are two separate things.
Further you don't know what other health issues may arise out of this incident. You will better serve yourself with good legal guidance.
Best to cover your issue and have legal documentation on what the company will cover. Never take a person's word on what they will do, not in this day. Cover your a##.
Camera may seem fine but most likely has been damaged to some extent,to be determined by professional.

nothing here to see , these are not the droids your looking for.

i see no difference in the color images that would cause concern. the minor luminance difference is all. Same for the B&W, except it shows a greater degree. Both of which can be adjusted before export to achieve the same.
So yes a slight difference but really is that a concern?

Nicely done, the view most never see. Macro can be fun and can be frustrating, success makes it fun.

Are you definitely pressing the OK button to confirm format, not just the centre button in the menu control. ( Done that myself).

IF, there are NO images currently on the card, the camera will recognize this and will not format cause there is no reason to.

BS this is simply not true.

I get where you coming from, and pretty much agree. I see too many encouraging comments that really do not fit the image. I agree that these well meaning comments do more harm than good. A simple "good for you" or maybe asking how it made them feel about getting their image.
The ones that sing the praise such as "Nice set" or "beautiful" when it's below standard is just wrong. Yes some just like to post very obvious on this site, but lets not give undo praise for bad photos, this is a photography site we should all be looking to improve our efforts.
Any way just my opinion and we all know about opinions and another part of anatomy, we all have one.
Good day to all lets practice our interest.
