Absolutely! You have nothing to lose! Maybe you found something cool and interesting. Worth checking out. I'm an old Pentax Head anyway.

As someone who has been a serious photographer since 1980,I've pushed a ton of film through my K-1000. Now I rock a Nikon D-3400 and I love it! I really don't concern myself with those kinds of issues. i just go out and enjoy my camera! I suppose you can find that info with the manufacturer.

You just gotta start somewhere. Putting them on disc means just having a bunch of discs. Keep them in one place such as one external drive dedicated to your photos. Sit down and go through them.If you choose to keep them all, just drag them all over. Everything in one, clearly labeled partition or one drive makes things easy to find.

I agree with what BOBSPEZ says. Good advice.

Yup,you gotta those job board posts. There are a TON of those out here in the Southern California area, and we have to be careful about signing up to work these jobs.

Hey , what up. I own a D3400 with the same two lens kit and i absolutely love the entire kit! The 18-55 mm works well on everything from still life, portraits, landscape, interiors, nature;the whole nine.Just use some basic skill and enthusiasm to make the shot happen, and you will be rewarded. The 70-300,surprisingly,works well on the above subjects, but especially on NATURE / WILDLIFE type shots. This lens will let you get in close, even from a good distance (say 75 yards). Even though it is slow,it still gives excellent composition quality. Just focus and shoot. I like to over ride the VR function. It lets me get a bit sharper(higher) resolution. I'll post up some shots so you can get an idea. Keep shooting and enjoy. Just do your own thing and go for a "LOOK" and"FEEL". Of course,go for the sharpest photos you can,but that's not the most important aspect to worry about! have fun! This is not brain surgery,it's just creative spirit!!Peace!
