Amazing clarity, great job!
I live in a populated area of about 150 thousand people and we have no legitimate camera stores because they can't support themselves in the current business environment. The choice is yours, do you want camera shops in your area or do you want to buy online. I for one would buy from a local business and support my community. I just wish I had a local camera store to go to.
As a retired Computer Network Engineer, I highly recommend talking to a professional. There are always layman that are willing to give opinions and repeat things that they have read and kudos to their desire to help. But, your data is too valuable to gamble. When it comes to online advise, be wary and stick with a trusted source.

Very nice photos. I'd love to visit. I like #5 with Che, and what is that in lower left? A 59 Buick convertible?
Looks like a Chrysler Imperial to me. There are a lot of the "Oldies but goodies" in Cuba.
Just a thought, have you tried formatting the new card using the in camera formatting option?
You are self employed and sometimes hard decisions need to be made. What that decision is, is strictly yours. Our opinion doesn't count nor should it. You already know what you should do, don't waffle around. Like Nike says "Just Do It!"
Always trust your instincts! But, if you must do it double your normal rate and that should take care of the problem.
My PP motivation didn't start with any "Artistic motivation", I wish it did. Artistic talent is a gift that I wasn't given. My post processing motivation was mainly for technical reasons. Coming from a background as a computer network engineer & amatuer photographer, my desire was to learn how others were able to accomplish improvements to photos by the use of software and other creative ways. I know it seems boring, but I've always been wired that way. I look a the end results of others and want to know how they did that.
@Linda from Maine, I see that you're just 80 miles up the road, I hope you are enjoying our mild winter and are taking advantage of the weather and getting lot's of shooting time. I'm anxious to see the responses to your post. I'm always motivated by the talent of others.
Traveling into the future...I would love to see some of your future photos. ;-)
I bought an inexpensive Tamron lens years ago and returned it for that reason. What lens is this?
I shoot a D810 and have found that high mega pixel cameras require High quality glass. So, if you don't want to spend $1500+ per lens I'd stick with something like the D750 that others are recommending.
Two thumbs up! This would work much better for me.

I am new to this forum. I wonder if any one else has had a problem with focusing a sigma 85mm1.4 on a Nikon 850. All my other lenses work ok.
More info please. Are you talking Manual focus, auto focus? Does it show focus at any depth. What all have you tried to correct it? Any info you have would be helpful.
