Just spent Thursday visiting Tucson, and Saguaro was part of it. They actually have one short and a few long trails for hiking and seeing and snapping. Other places nearby include Bumblebee, Cottonwood, Salt River Canyon and Crown King...all within an hour or two from downtown Phoenix.
I bought this camera when it came out. Have not purchased another since. It replaces a D50 that I still have (and use if I am worried about the weather and the D7000). I'm an amateur, of course, but this machine has all the bells and whistles I need, and using it on full manual remains a possibility in difficult situations.
Some of my pics with this machine are at

More are in the works.
I have a similar question: I occasionally take photos with some film cameras that still work. How can one add metadata. When I get the film processed, I choose the option to receive the images as JPEGs. I would like to add metadata to the image if possible.
Along the same lines...
A friend who has become disabled wants me to try to sell some of his stuff.
I found 2 Polaroid 600 packs, 12 rolls of Kodak all different for slides and reversal, and one roll of Anscochrome. ALL are outdated, from 1961 through 1999. Do they have ANY value at all? Should I just trash them? Are there collectors of such stuff?
I also found 4 rolls that have been exposed (again, all Kodak for prints, and a single exposed Kodacolor HR disc.
Same questions, or if I should try to get them developed what are the expectations?
Oops, I forgot my Camedia by Olympus and the camera that I started with, a Pentax Spotmatic 1000.
Dirty sensor. I had the same thing on My D7000, and after having it cleaned, it was gone. Cost me $65. The tech said either changing lenses or the frequent use of a zoom could be the underlying cause.
Maxxum 3000i, Minolta 110 zoom, Canon AE 1, Mamiya m645, Nikon D7000, Nikon D50, Kodak Tourist, Disc 4000 and Brownie bullett, Yashika Zoomtec autofocus, Konica C35, Polaroid land Automatic 100, and a QRS Kamra. The Minoltas, Canon, and Mamiya all work, after I loaded them with film. Of course the Nikons work well. I finally found polaroid film for that camera and it works.
