I don't recommend Vivitar. Just ran the batteries down the first time that I used it.
HA HA HA HA HA--The "good old days"! They can't do that any more.
Because, for the most part freight trains do not run on a regular schedule like Amtrak.
The "rule of thumb" for railroad workers is: "expect a train at any time from any direction."
I have had good results from Canvas Champ. Looked like it was a painting.
I vote "if ain't broke don't fix it." In other words, I prefer the old version. I agree with Stu352.
Thanks to all the replied, and after careful consideration, I am inclined to go with Thomas902's advice, less intrusive and distracting.
I did a search, and didn't find a definitive answer to my question. So here goes, when you watermark your photos, where do you place the watermark? Top, bottom, center, corner, or where it's out of the main subject of the photo?
Any Nikon collectors out there that have an interest in a Nikon N50 for there collection, PM me.
I can agree with all that has been said here. However, I have been driving a school bus for the last 16 years, and when I started I said, "it has been an education," and it hasn't changed to today. About the time that you think that you have seen it all, you learn that you haven't! I have seen both types of behavior, from the pre-school kid that can cuss like a sailor (no disrespect intended, as I am a retired sailor) and has no respect for others, to the behavior that has received praise here today, and I hope, as we all do, that the behavior you have attested to is in the majority. For if it is, than we will truly be in good hands, and there's hope for the future.
To everybody that responded, thanks for your input. I like 1 for it's drama, #2 for the colors, and #3 for being able to see the foreground, #4 is too dark over all, except for the sun rise. I will update all when I see #1 printed. Again thanks.
Here are two different photos with 2 different edits. Tried a sample of #1 on paper, and it left me wanting. Me thinks that maybe aluminum with lighting might be the way to go. You know the old saying "decisions decisions". Please vote, and include your preference for printing. Thanks for your input.
