Hello Gentle People:
I want to get a couple of my photos printed on a 24 x 32 canvas print. What is the best site for getting this done. Does any shop work directly with a RAW file or do you always have to convert to JPG?

Thanks

No one works directly from a RAW file except the photographer who captured this unprocessed camera data. That photographer makes the decisions about what the WB should be, the sharpening, the noise processing, the cropping and / or leveling the horizon, so on, and so forth. The results of their decisions create the output file to be printed.

Is canvas even the right media to expect high res results?

Easy Canvas Prints does a good job at a very reasonable price.

I use mpix.com They have never disappointed me. As Orphoto questions, canvas may not be the right media for the highest detail you can get from your image.

Thanks for the schooling & the recommendation of avoiding canvas to improve resolution fidelity.
Much obliged

That's a good point. If you want hi-res, there are better options, such as metal.
