My wife are planning on a fall trip to the Finger Lakes and Adirondack. We are planning around first couple of weeks of October.
We are thinking of Watkins Glen, Letchworth St park. Suggestions on other must stops and maybe some helpful suggestions on lodging. We are not campers, being in our mid 70s. thanks

If you pass through the Syracuse NY area, visit the historic village of Skaneateles. If you are Kayaker's, Hemlock lake is pristine, no cottages permitted anywhere near the lake, and boat motors limited to 10 horsepower max.

Thanks to all who replied. I'm researching all recommendations and will decide what to choose before the arrival of spring. I'm tired of strapping on my back pack (fits on a mule) with all my gear when these days I typically only use one, or more, of the three lenses when out on nature trails. Need to lighten the load as I age. Thanks again for your time to respond to my question. Happy New Year!

The Domke F-6 is my go to bag, and there's room for the camera as well. There's both a canvas and a ballistic nylon version. These are not heavily padded travel bags, but incredible for day-to-day work. I've tried a ton of bags but always come back to Domke. (the larger F-1 and F-2 bags are great for large amounts of gear or studio work)

Thank you Sir, much appreciated.

The Domke F-3X is perfect.
I use mine with a 100-400mm L MII, 24-105mm, and 10-18mm with a 7D or a R7.
Other things like cleaning materials or a 580EX flash if anticipated needing.
When not in use folds to no space at all.
Have yet to find a better small bag for what you describe.
Sometimes a fisheye lens is put in with the other lenses when it would be anticipated.
Incredibly durable.
Mine is about 24 years old and is showing no signs of failure though faded to almost gray.
I wash it in the clothes washer to keep it clean.
The Domke F-3X is perfect. br I use mine with a 1... (show quote)

Thank you sir, reviewed on B&H and it looks like something I’m interested. Thanks again

I’m searching for as small a camera bag as possible to safely carry my three canon lenses, 16-35, 24-70 and 100-200. Recommendations from those who have such a bag would be appreciated. Thank you and Happy New Year.

The Butterfly conservatory located about 15 minutes from Niagara Falls Canada is a fabulous place to visit for photography. If you go, take your long lens. Has the oldest horticulture school in North America. Beautiful grounds with gardens. Also, Niagara-on-the-Lake Canada, just another 15 minutes from the Conservatory, is a beautiful historic small 18th - 19th century village at the mouth of the Niagara river and lake Ontario. You can see Toronto across the lake on a clear day. If you’re a history buff, Fort George is located at the edge of the village.

I will contact the technical support, but thought I'd read uglyhedgehog member responses first. While I'm looking forward to learning the LR toolset capabilities, I'm still married to my plugins, that at this point in time, much more comfortable to use. Thanks for your feedback though, much appreciated.

I have had access to all my plugings (Topaz, Aurora HDR, Photomatix, Nix Collection) in photoshop CS5 for many years. Recently, I purchased a subscription to Adobes Lightroom Classic/Photoshop, which was long overdue, and am now learning how to use the current version of Photoshop and never before used Lightroom. I can see that I have access to all my plugins listed above when I right click on an image in Lightroom, but when transferring the same image to photoshop, I have no access to these plugins. A google search indicates that the problem may be that my plugins are not compatible with the new version of Photoshop, but seem correct when I have access to the same version of Lightroom. Any constructive feedback with reasons why this situation exist would be very much appreciated.
