It won’t replace you cameras. But there are times you will be glad you have it. Especially if it shots RAW.

I use a Galaxy Note 9 and agree. At times a smartphone camera does the trick. It’s nice having a good camera with you all the time. I won’t give up my DSLR or Mirrorless either.

You are correct. NIK will work as a plug-in for Lightroom and GIMP. But it does not work with RAW files as a stand-alone program.

Please excuse my mistakes in replying, I am new to Ugly Hedgehog.

Not sure what you mean? I could have opened them in GIMP or Luminar and done some added editing. What I want is reactions right out of these two programs prior to additional editing.

I tend to agree with you. My aim is realism. NIK seems to do a better job. Only draw back, doesn’t work with RAW files.

I'm curious which everyone prefers and why. I just purchase Aurora and I like it. But, I find NIK provides a little more detail and Less noise.

Created using eleven 1 E.V. brackets, with a Canon T5i. Everyone's comments are appreciated.

The original. If you prefer, remove both and I’ll repost it properly. Sorry. New by mistake.
