I'm just assuming, so we all know what happens when we assume. Now if we shoot in raw are we not allowed to adjust the exposure to a single image plus or minus?
The K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple,Shutterbug) Photography Course.
And I always thought that K.I.S.S. meant keep it simple stupid. Well I got the stupid down pretty good, now its time to work on the other ones.
Lizah,
I hope you don't mind, but everyone is talking about a new body, from here your body looks great, I think you might need a new battery and a new lens.
Just sayin'...

I use the Orton effect occasionally to give a soft glow to the highlights. Soft focusing is fine as detail should still be preserved. Why not attach one of your 'Ortonified' images?
I'm at work so I don't have much to choose from.
There goes my girlish figure
I remember a fad that was going around a few years ago called the "orten effect" how many of you still use it? as it always gets critic that it is out of focus.
When this post started I popped some popcorn and got a cup of coffee, I knew it was going to be a long one.
Whatever you do, try not to shoot when the vocalist is at the mic, that big mic sticking out of their mouth don't look very flattering.
I truly believe that when I go to shoot an image, not only do I want that image to be the best out of the box, but to also be able to use that image to create a breathtaking piece of art if I choose to do so.
Portrait - Wikipedia
A portrait is a painting, photograph, sculpture, or other artistic representation of a person, in which the face and its expression is predominant. The intent is to display the likeness, personality, and even the mood of the person. For this reason, in photography a portrait is generally not a snapshot, but a composed image of a person in a still position. A portrait often shows a person looking directly at the painter or photographer, in order to most successfully engage the subject with the viewer.
Has anyone advertised or marketed their work with brochures?
Has anyone ever tried doing brochures with their photography work? It seems a few years ago that I used to see quite a bit of it, but not to much any more.
