If that is your best argument, you lose.

I could be mistaking, but, I'm pretty sure a defenseless dead person is the one that losses.

We all know why libs want to ban firearms.
Powerful over the population.
They know it as well but refuse to admit it openly.
PC is a direct attack on the 1st amendment and the convoluted proposals on firearms are to destroy the 2nd amendment.
Look at the millions of other rifles and pistols that are semiautomatic.
M1 Garand comes to mind and Ruger Mini 14 and 10-22.
Those will be targeted next because they operate in a similar manner to the AR15.

I agree 100%. And if the libs ban firearms, they can have mine. Bur they're going to get them on round and one shell at a time.

We never referred to a rifle or pistol as a gun, only as a weapon when in the service.
A gun was a piece of human anatomy.

A million years ago when I was in USMC boot camp, a fellow recruit called his M-14 a gun.
So our drill instructor made him march around inside our barracks with his rifle in one hand and his "gun" (aka his manhood) in the other and chanting .... this is the privates rifle, (holding up his rifle) and this is the privates gun (yanking on his manhood) the rifle is for fighting and the gun is just for fun!!!

One of only a few funny moments during boot camp.

I can enjoy shooting at a range with a 10-round magazine. I can enjoy shooting at a range with a rifle that requires a 3-second, two-step process to change magazines. I could hunt with a rifle with a 10-round or smaller magazine and a two-step process for changing magazines. I can pass a background check. None of those things would effect me in the least, and none would limit my ability to own a weapon.

Why do people call firearms weapons? A steak knife CAN be a weapon but I don't ask my wife to pass me a weapon. A baseball bat can be a weapon, a pipe wrench CAN be a weapon.
I sleep with a Mossberg 500, 12 gauge, 8 shell, pistol grip shotgun (called a Persuader BY Mossberg) standing up between my pillow and nightstand..... but have never called it a weapon. If someone breaks into my house, grabs a steak knife off my counter to assault me.... that's a "weapon" of opportunity.
I do however like the saying never bring a knife to a gun fight.
IMHO a weapon is anything being used to assault someone or something. Just sayin!

I had a similar situation and this is what I did.....I took all the old photo albums, removed all the pictures, scanned them into the computer using a Brother scanner, and combined them with the photos I've taken over the last 30 years. About 30,000 total now. Then I created a separate folder for every family member. I sorted the photos according to the main subject, dragging and dropping into that persons folder. I could be wrong... but I think most people like to see pictures of themselves, especially if the pics are 20, 40, or 70 years old.
I put each folder on a separate flash drive and sent them to that individual. Then I took all the photos, put them on several external hard drives, and sent them to the head of each family. Sounds like a mob thing.
That was a crap load of work. But everyone was grateful and more than a few called me, crying their eyes out (happy tears) looking at photos of some of our loved ones who are no longer with us.
This took me a long time to complete, but was rewarding when it was finished.

I believe there is software that can help sort using technology that I don't have. You would have ask the experts about that.

We had that same issue with our last set of pots and pans. A good smack with a rubber mallet works.
I have a hunch they did that because the wife would take the pots / pans from the burner, empty out the food, put the pots in the sink (while still hot) and turn on the water to soak them.
No more of that with the new set, and no more pot wobble.

I think we're getting a little off topic here. Didn't the OP post about a drain issue and not about a water supply problem???
Jerry, I'm in Kingston NY. Love a repair challenge and I'm knowledgeable in all the building trades. Let me know if you want some help. The little women and I will take a day trip, with tools!

Are your pipes cast iron? If so, roots can/will get in when the joint packing has out lived it's lifes expectancy.
If that's the case, you have to replace the pipe. A plumber can run a live view camera down the pipe to see the problem. I had that same situation at my house in Catskill NY. The 4" cast iron pipe was in 2 foot sections and roots in the pipe at every joint.
Cutting, removing, and replacing concrete is not a big deal. That's what I did for 30 years.
Be happy to answer any questions you have.

I assumed, and we all know what that means..... that the OP was using a windows version 8 or 10.
I don't remember needing a password or Microsoft account before that.
That said, I was wrong once before when I thought I made a mistake but I didn't.

I've been in the OP's exact situation where I couldn't remember my Microsoft (windows) password or the optional 4 digit password. The mind is the first thing to go, thank god. As I said earlier in this post... just go to the Microsoft website, and follow the instructions to reset your password. Once you do that, you'll be able to log into your (windows) computer, and if you choose to a 4 digit pin instead of your Microsoft password.
If you do a full reset or clean install of windows you won't be able to retrieve any files without using special software or having a computer geek troll thru your computer. Personally I would rather destroy the hard drive than let someone have access to my financial docs.

If it's windows you can use your microsoft password. If you forgot your microsoft password you can reset it on the microsoft website.

Ditto on the Canon Pixma Pro 100. Just bought one last week. It's a little on the large side and very heavy.
Make sure you have a sturdy desk / platform to put it on. Love it so far. There is an aftermarket company that sells refillable ink cartridges (amazon) and it has 8 separate ink cartridges / colors.
