Here is my very weak attempt at an Ansel Adams composition. Although still learning the conversion process to B&W I can see the impact some photos have when displayed this way. Although the colors are awesome in Sedona, the B&W photos make me look at the contrast and detail without distraction.
[quote=sirlensalot]Somebody puhleeze help me understand. The 7D II is supposed to be awesome in low-light, but yet the low-light sensor rating as tested by DxOMark is not very good as compared to not only latest competition (D7100) but also as compared and stated with older and in some cases entry level models (D3300).
If this camera is being touted as a "mini-5DIII" or as stated a "mini-1Dx" how is this possible?
It was the 6D touted as "mini-5DIII"

Great sky and nice composition. C'mon up to Maine and see what you can do.
I really hope to this summer. Thank you Dennis.

Beautifully composed. I like it a lot.
Thank you Linda. I've got to get up there to photograph the beautiful landscapes there.
One of many spots along the SouthCoast where you can imagine reading a good book and taking in the scenery.
Great honor. Congratulations!
Congratulations and well done!!
I reworked a photo I had of the Whaler Ernestina in port with the modern fishing fleet. I kinda liked how it turned out.

I have a Dell HD Ultra 27". Perfect size for really seeing detail and editing.
That just doesn't make sense. No photos at Grand Canyon National Park?? I don't think so.
