We are also using Zoom with the new security measures, including the Waiting Room and password. I use it for two settings with protected health information, and the setup has been vetted by a very security-conscious IT department. It's not perfect, but we have not had a problem since implementing the measures.
Hi,
What is the buffer car between the power and the tank cars?
Nice picture. It looks cold!

I have been happy with a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon Extreme, but it is heavier than you may like for travel. However, they have similar models, such as the Yoga, that are very light and capable. There are models that have space for another SSD, so they can be installed or removed. Most have Type C ports and USB-2 or -3 ports. The Thinkpad has an SD slot, but external readers are small, light, cheap, and I keep a few in my battery Baggie just in case.
May you have a quick recovery, Dan.
Hi Pat,
Sean Archer has a "look," for sure, but if you look around sites such as 500px, you will see other photographers with their own look. I think I notice some subtle change in some work, that picks up some of his technique.
One interpretation of his technique can be found here:
https://youtu.be/sewlReH9O0c The ideas that Ms. Rudnyk presents are interesting. (My girlfriend particularly likes the use of the Liquefy tool to make the model look slimmer!)
The lighting works well for her black on black boots and top. Thanks
That last picture is the star in this series. Nice!
I prefer USPS, who will cover a package or put it in a plastic bag to protect it. FEdEx will not deliver something unless it is raining or snowing, and then they hide it. I picked up an expensive computer at the local UPS; I watched the woman take it off a shelf, and then spread her hands apart to allow $3500 to learn about gravity. I almost learned about police handcuffs.
You will do fine with your FedEx package. Our people must receive special training in customer abuse.
What a fantastic lesson. Thank you to everyone who posted. Vicki, I would like to see the second attempt, as well. I like the poses in #1 and #3
Very common practice. The rep is directing you, a consumer, to their distribution chain, where you will get better support. WD makes some nice drives, btw
Thanks for posting, Kurt. The Wiki, below, explains some of the history, including the origin of the 20 mph speed restriction, which was an error by the Federal Railway Administration inspector. It does not discuss the current 10 mph restriction. It was a very powerful Lima 2-8-4 engine, known as a Berkshire. (2 wheels on the front truck, 8 wheels/drivers in the middle, and 4 wheels on the trailing truck.)
It was the engine used in the Polar Express movie, btw.
