Wow ! That is a cool picture ! The contrast between the two planes are so cool ! Can you imagine the Raptor going back in time and pulling up next to a Zero or FW-190 from WW 2 ! That would make you believe in ET ! lol

Nice pictures everyone ! Here are mine for today !

How about playing on it !
Landing on it??
Floating on it!

Thank you for the opportunity to start off todays topic: Water, stop it!
This has been a dilemma for me as I thought about which way to take this challenge, as well as tomorrows challenge (Water, move it!). The more I contemplated these two challenges, the more I kept asking the question What does stop it really mean?
I got slow water. Thats stopping it, but what about water in motion when you stop it by capturing it with a photograph? When the water drop splashes up and we photograph it, havent we stopped it at a moment in time. And then the real question is whether or not the rain drop falls at all if no one is there to see it fall (my Son and I often argue about the noise of a tree falling in the woods if no one is there to hear it). So, I am going with the former for the stop it challenge. ANY capture of water is stopping it. How quickly or slowly we stop it is the topic of todays challenge. Please feel free to challenge this assertion as you post your pictures!
The water wizards say over cast and indirect light are best for water shots, but sometimes reflections and bright lights are good, too. I look forward to your pictures and interpretations.
Thank you for the opportunity to start off todays... (
