Monday is for "projected" images. Just attach them to your DPS account before this Friday. Make sure you watch the "byte" size.
Good luck. I am Jay.
Great! I just submitted my pix for the "framed" competition Monday.
The Delaware Photo Society is going to Conowingo on Saturday for a "shoot":
This was aimed at members:
I am sure you might have heard and seen wonderful pictures of the Bald Conowingo Eagles .
And it is time again for the Eagles to appear .
I found out from the Conowingo Bald Eagles site on facebook and from our members John Haedo and Don Pivonka that they have come in large numbers
One account was in the range of 150+ but that could be a "fish" story :).
However,it is a good time to go.
I asked our experts on what kind of lenses would be best and the general response is 400mm+
Naturally if you are a lucky person one could fly right in front of you and in that case a 200mm could work.
Jon and Don will be at the dam this saturday..november 10 and usually are there pretty early .
They would be available for any questions you might have.
I myself plan to go on the 17th of November and can also meet you there.
The website to Conowingo: http://www.wildlifesouth.com/Locations/Maryland/Conowingo_Dam.html
I understand that it is close to the parking lot and you should bring drinks and lunch if you plan to stay a long time.
If you have any questions : jtuthill@comcast.net and i will try to get an answer to you a.s.a.p
Re: EQUIPMENT-I have a Lumix "super zoom"; no changing lenses. I am trying to "push" it to the limits.
Have you posted any pix for review, help?
I agree about the grid lines. My Lumix camera has two vertical and two horizontal lines-that way I can be straight, AND I can use the rule of thirds.
Also, you might want to try a level on the camera??
Hi,
Are you into Photography? I have joined the Delaware Photographic Society. they are interesting.
I tried the shot to use the fence going off into the distance. Any comments/advice?
I like the bridge shot. The reflections are nice.
I live in North Wilmington, DE and take the train under the bridge every day.

He did get some nice pictures.
I shot three shots in a row to catch the motion of the waves. I liked to catch them in "mid step"

I think the cloud formation is beautiful. Good job.
I like the Stop sign idea, but the wires are distracting. Would there be a way to get the sign isolated? Maybe move in and move to a side?
Beautiful shot. I like the autumn leaves and the foreground branches on the upper left.
You say this is made of three photos. Can we see the 3 photos and learn how it was done?
The picture itself is gorgeous.
