Below is a photo -- there are two aspects of the cassette and pencil relationship. Can you name them?

Could it be to break the tabs on the top[ of the cassette so it cannot be overwritten. Sorry, forgot I was over 30. LOL

Any thoughts or comments about taking a d850 on a Niagra falls boat ride. The one that goes to to the falls complete with most. I know not to try and change a lens but they are also weather sealed. Any thoughts or comments are welcomed.

It can get very wet. On the boat I remember the wind and water hitting us pretty hard. These photos were taken with a Nikon AW100. Plus the boat gets pretty crowded.

Good Luck!

Does anyone have a solution to my problem.

Photos that are posted do not appear. I get a message that states, "Safari can not connect to static.uglyhedgehog.com"

My OS is Monterey. Is the UHH website completely compatible with it?

I have and use a Fuji XP 120 for in the water and on the beach. For what it is it is a convenient little camera.
Previously had a Nikon AW100. Another nice little water camera but that one leaked after three years of use.
The fuji is about that old now and still going.

I would had posted some pic but they are not showing up. I am perplexed as to why.

Here is a pic of my bird feeder setup. I have used this several seasons and not once has a squirrel got to the feeders. The squirrels can't get over the cone. They climb up the pole but can't get up on the cone. It's funny to watch as they go up and then slide down.

Has anyone upgraded their Mac to the new OS Monterey? If so how are Photoshop and Lightroom working? Any problems?

And add it to a stew. It's a good natural remedy for what ails you.

Could it be Spotted Lanternfly eggs. Googled it and pics look very similar to what you have posted. It has already invaded NJ and Rockland.

I am currently running my Mac Book on Apple's Mojave system; need to decide on update to Big Sur. Has anyone had problems with this update? Thanks.

Mark

Was having a problem when running Catalina. Spoke with Apple support who advised me to upgrade to Big Sur. Problem solved. FYI

Over a year ago I bought a refurbished Nikon D 3400 from a reputable place that’s often spoken about on uhh.
Took very good pictures I even bought a better lens than the stock lens.

But then I began noticing when I was looking at viewfinder the code R 11. And I could not get rid of it. I looked online and I even called Nikon and they told me it wasn’t anything to be concerned about that it was basically saying that the buffer was full. Something doesn’t make sense to me. I have several digital cameras that I use so it’s not like I was using this one excessively.
Can the buffer be emptied because I cannot get rid of that R11 code. It does hinder you from taking several photos in a row because the buffer is already full. She also suggested I could send it in but why would I pay something like that if there really wasn’t anything that they could do. She never said it could be reset. And if it could be reset why didn’t she tell me how. Is anyone familiar with this? Thank you
Over a year ago I bought a refurbished Nikon D 340... (show quote)

If you have a manual, check the page "The Memory Buffer". The r[#] refers to the number of shots left to take before the buffer is full. The 1.8 refers to the # of photos your SD card can hold. I am assuming you are shooting in jpg. The 1.8 refers to 1800 shots. Switch to RAW shooting and you will see the 1.8 decrease because of the size of the RAW file. If you have the manual look at the page which shows all the symbols and their reference page.
