Xpro 2 owner/shooter I love it and yes very reliable. As others have stated the 18-55 lens is fantastic. You wont be disappointed in the Fuji system. Between the two (Xpro 1/2) I would try to spend a couple extra dollars and go for the 2 model based on its newer. Food for thought the differences between the 2 and 3 are slight.

I just connect the camera to the computer with a USB cable. That way I don’t have to remove the card from the camera.

Exactly the same thing I do with my d500

Nice collection of CDV's, CARTE DE VISTE. You will also see this format as well as dag type and ambro type used during the American Civil war time period. I was fortunate enough to have, still do, a collection stashed away. Nice album you have there.

I agree if it ain't broke don't fix it. Only thing I have ever done was an occasional blower and maybe a sensor wipe. I also have the D500, and a few others as well. I actually didnt realize that its been that long since the d500 has been out on the market!

I enjoy using my old film bodies, plus the "slow down" thought process behind it all

Yes! The XT-3 was made in China but they moved the production back to Japan for the XT-4 if I am not mistaken. However, Canon has the most cameras made in Japan currently.
That what's I thought but Ken Rockwell has a picture of the XT-4 with the label made in China.

Ah cool thank you for the clarification I thought there was something to do with the XT 3 and 4 models. I did venture into the Fuji system and i really do enjoy it even with my beloved Nikon system

I hate Canon cameras but if I need a new one I would have to buy a Canon. Canon is the only one that still makes large number of their cameras in Japan.

I could be wrong but I thought Fuji was still made in Japan?

You'll almost always get more of what you want by selling it privately to an individual. Retail will ALWAYS offer a lower figure than what you want or think something is worth. They're in business to make a profit, you know that. Look for local camera clubs or someone you know to get more of what it's worth to you.

For sure you also see this in the guitar world. Major retailers offer to buy back your guitar at usually less than half of the worth, not the retail new price. But selling privately almost always nets you more $$ in the end

I have always used OEM batteries BUT i have had very good luck with the Watson dual charger. What's cool about that particular charger is you can purchase "trays" for a specific battery and it will charge different styles of said batteries.

I don't understand what the issue is. I had a problem with a vender and I posted it. Am I missing something? Let's wait to see if they resolve the issue. This doesn't make sense. This was my first dealing with KEH and they handled my issue very poorly.

It happens we all have bad days just patience is required. I to fall into the same trap. I'm sure it will get worked out. Besides it is a crazy time right now

I know its been said check the feedback and I certainly agree, I also look at how many transactions the seller has had. For example the listing in your case the seller had 9 transactions. I dive a little deeper into there history and feedback. Of course depending on the price of the item and what it is. If its under say $25 i am a little more liberal with the standards I have set. Just food for thought
