That is such a great shot! What camera, what settings?
Beautiful photos of a beautiful place. I love the state but hate the politics.
Thanks for your service, we were there at about the same time at different ends of the country. I was involved with the Iron Triangle operations.

Call your friends and ask them what they suggest?
Excellent video. A tribute to all who serve, served-- and stood up to tyranny.
I do not recall any of the major exhibits at the Detroit Zoo having fenced in enclosures. Most are surrounded by deep trenches and moats. However going indoors for the reptiles, birds etc. is a different story.
There is another place to look. Go on Youtube and search the subject. It will provided you with probably more videos and personal information than you can stand.
I would use a flash drive. Many computers no longer utilize CD/DVD players and every body has access to a flash drive thumb drive port. If you purchase a drive with enough memory you can download a lot of photos.
Looks like Dino-porn to me. Really neat photos.
Beautiful Photo. Looks like close to monument valley. Limber Pine on a ridge; beautiful. I hope you were armed, this time of year pickin's are slim for a hungry mountain lion. I have a friend that legally digs up small trees for bonsai purposes in this part of the country. He posted a series of photos a couple of years ago of a cougar, and I don't mean the one with fish net stockings, but the one with claws, teeth and an attitude that was following him around during one of his digs. He never goes out any longer with out a gun.
My wife and I have been there twice and unless you have reservations, lodging is going to be a problem. We stayed at the Best Western in Williams Arizona 30 miles south of the canyon. That was the closest we could find, everything else was full up. This was a very nice location and the people were great. If you are a veteran they are particularly nice to you. I realize that 30 mils is a long trip but it's better than 60 miles.
