Nice focus on the eyes...might I add, careful of too much NDF in post.

Great mix of the yellow/green eyes and the smooth green background. This is why we shoot. Nice job.

Needed a very subtle fill flash...

I think the white daisies are perfectly exposed for what you said you were going for, #1 does look washed out by comparison, add some contrast to #1 using levels or curves and it will keep the high key look while adding interest. I find the last one interesting too.

Do a google search and study the rule of thirds, I like the fix on the third yellow flower best, you have to walk away for awhile thn come back with. A fresh eye. I like the third one because, as I scrolled down, the image came up and the upper flower was instantly the more important one, then the eye perused the rest of the shot. On the blue ones, I would do a 4x5 format crop (aka 8x10) to lose a bit more of the top, but you are on he right track. This shot has a wonderful primary, secondary and terciary point(s) of focus.
You can check examples of my work at www.dedictedlight.com. And remember 2 things, rules are meant to be broken, and you must learn the rules to break them correctly. And shoot often...

Notice how the eye goes right to the blue flower that is in focus in the 4th pic, I would crop that tighter too.

The yellow flowers in the first post need to be cropped to a portrait mode. Remember to have an initial point of focus to look at, so don't be afraid to partially crop one of the flowers (the bottom one) to lend more importance to the "main" one...

I think the last 4 pics would have been more appealing with some subtle flash fill to even out your tones and make the shadows less harsh. I'm talking a external flash, not a popup on camera flash. By subtle I mean to dial it down and use it as a fill to even things out, the trick is to not look like you are using a flash, takes practice.

Go back and shoot #2 when the light is better, late afternoon, like the spot and composition.

A verticle crop to include the reflection should be experimented with.

It's your cropping I need to comment on, the vendor needs to be tighter to make the face the focal point...plus you need to add some fill light in photoshop, the grandparents need to be cropped in a harsher landscape, longer and thinner, the grandmas legs distract, the relationship between the gparents and kids is the important part, and the archway can be cropped down, you don't need tomincludevthe whole arch, try leaving a bit of the arch on the left out of the picture and make the ratio of the crop longer and not so high, leave a little to the imagination, this will make the chairs the focal point...

I would be careful of the centered composition, try the main flower off to the right so the left hand flowers fade off to the left like a vanishing point...nice color and clarity...

Hey, nice shot, be sure to crop so that the bird has someplace to land...in this case, bird should be on the right because he is traveling to the left, sounds like that would be out of balance, but it actually weights the composition more naturally.
