Nice shots, for some reason I'm attracted to the daisies. White on white with yellow. I like it!
# 1 and #5 are way over exposed.

Do you think? I am trying for the "High Key" look. I wanted to overexpose a bit. Do you think it's too much?
I attached a sample photo from the INTERNET. It is NOT mine but was the look I was trying for.
I appreciate your input.
Thanks.....
I think #1 is on the too light or overexposed side. There's no pop of vivid color. Compare to the yellow flowers in your 2nd shot.
I really liked all of the other shots very much.
Everyone looks a things in a different way. If your happy with them, that's all that counts, no matter what I think.

I think the white daisies are perfectly exposed for what you said you were going for, #1 does look washed out by comparison, add some contrast to #1 using levels or curves and it will keep the high key look while adding interest. I find the last one interesting too.
I agree with MacMIc....I love the daisies and I think they are perfect for what you were trying to do. I like all the rest as well but I do think the first one is a bit washed out. I would try bumping up the yellow color a bit to see if it helps. I believe it would still be considered high key.

How's this?
(Really appreciate the suggestions. It's tough to judge your own work sometimes)
The daisies look nice and qualify as high key. Low key is usually, not always, B&W, but is always painting in the suggestion of an image with light - you don't want to show the whole image but enough to let people's imaginations fill in the details. Do a Google search on low key Images and pay attention to the light.
It's cool that you're experimenting with this. You can get some really dramatic effects. Keep playing around with it and show us what you get.
