please advise who did conversion, type of IR conversion(color) and if corrected for a specific lens. (I don't want to do a lot of post corrections)

Was it calibrated with a particular lens? Could I use my old EF 35-70 3.5-4.5? from my old EOS 650 film camera?
My L lenses are too heavy.
