There is no problem here. While the DOF is shallow it serves the purpose.

Shot and killed four of the grey kind in three days, one this very morning. Way to many around my house - and do not feed them other than with led, trust me.

My niece Sandy and I were approached by a sister as we were taking pictures; we expected to be told we could not photograph there, so were pleasantly surprised when Sister Iria escorted us on a tour of the beautiful Franciscan Monastery in Rochester, Mn.

Very nice.

I've never had motion sickness and these photos actually gave me a little "odd" feeling. That means you succeeded with your fun manipulation!

That's pretty amazing Flyerace. I had no idea these would affect some people like that. Are you bothered by air sickness as well? Wondering by your avatar. Thanks for looking.

Oh, fun! :-D What camera/lens/settings did you use?

These were shot with my Canon SX700 P&S travel camera. I believe the setting is called "Creative" which I seldom use, but it does give you some fun perspectives.

I was playing with my camera settings, comparing photos, and ended up with these fun mind benders. Taken from the rail of a cruise ship somewhere along the coast of Brazil.

Great shots, Jim. Interesting place.

BTW, have you been to Venice in the summer? The water(and the whole town)reeks there as well. I sure wouldn't swim in it.

Yes, I was in Venice when the water was about two feet deep across all of St.Marks Square. Dogs were swimming.

Zhouzhuang is known as the Venice of China. The water throughout the canals is quite nasty but life goes on there like it has for a thousand years and more. It really is a vibrant and interesting place in spite of the bad pollution.
