Many of my Confederate ancestors are buried in Georgia cemeteries. I even have an original sword my great great grandfather used in that war.
Many years ago I was photographing a wedding at the Fox Theater in Atlanta. During the ceremony I noticed one of the groomsmen was missing and a gap where he should be standing. Suddenly, from stage left that missing groomsman came running across the stage wearing his tuxedo tie, shoes and sock garter--and nothing in between. That was in the 70's when steaking was popular.
I have been doing weddings for 50 years and never had a problem---except over money issues
I have been trying and following instructions from Nikon on updating my D-500. I download the software from Nikon. I format a card and plug it into my laptop and download the software onto the card. I put the card back into the camera and it does not show up on the card. I have done this several times. What am i missing?
I'm still learning my D500. I am reading the manual and looking at some Youtube videos. It is quite different from former Nikon DSLR's I have owned.
An issue I do have is the shutter not clicking sometimes. When that happens I switch to manual focus and it usually works. When that doesn't work I turn off the camera, remove and replace the battery. Then it seems to work fine---until it does again.
OK. Hope I'm at the correct section now. Could the use of a non-Nikon lens cause issues with this camera? I have a Sigma 18-300 zoom made supposedly made for Nikon small frame cameras.
Don't see 'All Sections' at the bottom of this page
Haven't posted here much. Don't know how all this works.
Nope. Learned something new. Thanks. Now I feel stupid.
Another problem I am having with my D-500 is the shutter not firing sometimes. I either have to switch to manual focus or turn the camera off, remove the battery and reinsert it before it will work. I am not using a Nikon lens. I use a Sigma 18-300 zoom. Could that be the problem?
Just bought a used Nikon D-500. Great camera. But, it doesn't seem to format the memory card. I only have one for the lower slot. I have to delete each image manually, or delete them on my laptop. What am I missing here?
I did like the back button autofocus feature. I switched it back because others who sometimes use my camera may get confused.
Thanks! So simple that I overlooked it. Thought my body or lens was malfunctioning.
