Many have discounted the iPhone. I feel that if they had full knowledge of the latest technology avail in the iPhone 10s they might feel differently about some things. As example, portrait mode is amazing offer many different lighting conditions and bokeh. A professional might want to download the pro camera app. The diversity avail in that can rival most dslr. Worth a look. Also understand the iPhone 11, out this fall will have a third lens.

Sony rx100 II has a hot shoe but no viewfinder. 3 and 4 are excellent. Fits in jean pocket. Excellent. More you use it the better you will enjoy it.

Don’t miss Freeport me. Think llbean. Very worth seeing. Then you head east to the islands. Harpswell, Orr, bailey islands- drive to each. Fabulous lobster docks, scenery old bridges etc. you can rent kayaks on Orr’s island and easy paddle or take lessons. See jeff at H2O outfitters.

I have all the accessories , the stand right angle mirror( not for holding on your side but viewing at a right angle so it looks like you are taking a photo of someone else) my favorite is the binocular clamp attaches to one side so you can focus and frame with the other. So many great photos. Chain has a bead at 18" for perfect focus to the document. The leather case is clever as well.
