The Thrill has never Gone. I have some of the best equipment ever made and I can still take lousy pictures. The most important factor to me and not my equipment. The Thrill comes from my eyes and understanding the light around me. There are photo painters and photo artists. Always seeking to produce artwork without after post work is still the Thrill. For me, digital gives me may changes of getting it right with out breaking the bank buying film. The down side is when I would shoot a property with film I would end up picking through 48 shots done in no time. Now after a property project I need to pick out 30 shots out of hundreds. Starting over 50 years ago and still love the Thrill!

And for those who missed it on page 1 -

All 10 fish are left in the tank.
- fish do not drown
- they can't swim away
- 3 are floating
But they are all still in the tank.

I am going to get tanked and not worry about the answer anymore!

How many are left?

Fish also need oxygen to live and obtain their oxygen from air that is dissolved in the water in which they swim. If there is not enough oxygen in the water, then they drown.

I have a chance at a Nikon 12-24 f/4 DX wide angle zoom lens for $600. Supposed to be in "mint condition". Has anyone ever used this lens and how did you like it? I own a Nikon D7100. Would appreciate any comments on this lens...thanks in advance!

I sold mine and got a Tokina 11-20 2.8. It is a fantastic lens.

I shoot my hand first and shoot my hand last. The file name are in numerical order, never been a proplem. I shoot 5, 7 and 9 shot. I shoot a lot of interior photo with lots of glass with waterviews. Get fantastic ending photos bracketing.

I have been using the Hand and fingers trick for years. Easy, works great, no thinking involved.

The Tokina 100-mm macro is a great lens! just as good as the Nikon 105. I use it when I am lazy and just want to take a walk. easy to use. When I am serious about macro work I attach my Nikon 200mm to my monopod. The 200mm is a fantastic lens. It is a D lens but it is a WOW!

I have had the lens for a week and I LOVE it! Works well with my 1.4 and 1.7 converters on both my d7200 and my D810.
This seems to be the best super zoom for the Nikon compared to the Sigma and Tamron super zooms. Very pleased. Sold my 80-400 already. You will need to buy a real case to protect the lens.
