Great pictures!! I was at the trial on the 26th also. Have gone every year for close to 20 years - although the last two years have been to do some helping in the Rally ring.
They also have this cluster in September. You've probably guessed - I'm also a dog lover!

I have a Minolta 135mm 1:35 Japan 49mm
I ordered this in 1989ish from a NY city store.
The box shows age from just being, but the lens has never been used and still looks like new.
My first SLR was a Minolta. It fell, with the tripod. Which is the basic reason the lens has never been used. I don't think it ever even made it on the camera.
You can let me know if you're interested.

I totally understand how that can happen. I remember the day I thought small dogs were "yappy little ankle biters". Then Andy, our little Yorkie Schnauzer mix entered our lives. We fell in love. He does the sport of agility with me and loves it! He is now 9 years old and still thinks he's a puppy.

Oh no!! Not two of us!! I watch too much HSN and QVC when they sell their cameras. And then impatiently wait for that truck so I can play with my new toy.
My husband said they could sell me snow in Alaska!
By the way I'm not really in hiding, but have no idea how to change it. I'm in North Carolina.

I am a 70 year old great-grandmother and recently purchased the
Canon SL1. I love it and the more I use it the better!
I do have a 3ti that I have decided to sell. Not a lot bigger - I just don't seem to like it as well.
I love picture taking but am very much an amateur. I used to have a "good eye" for picture taking but lost some of that.
After being on this site I do sometimes wish I had purchased the SX50 as I do love the zoom ability.
My husband wishes I had a P&S that he could just carry in his pocket at our agility trials. That would be nice if it had enough zoom and continuous shooting for action shots.
Not much help to you probably - just some things to think about first.
Good luck and let us know what you choose!

I have been wondering this same thing. However I need to know if this lens will work on the Canon SL1, or is the 50 mm 2.8 better for this camera?

I like # 1, but would enter #2.
The eye is still amazing, but so is that
powerful beak!
Both shots are beautiful!!
